We were having a complete remodel done in our kitchen and We hired Bill in sept of 2020. The scope or work seems to be right up is alley. Install a new sink, move the gas line for the new stove and move a couple of sockets. looking back, it was one of the biggest mistakes we made. this man is a fool and doesn't support his work or commitments. #1...he came out and removed the old pvc piping for the sink and swap out the old sink valves. He cracked the old fittings...so much so...that it leaked though our walls and out onto our back patio. Thank god we found the leak. we had to shut off our water for 24 hours until he could come by and fix the problem he created. sadly he never took responsibility for it. just blamed the old fittings and told us it wasn’t a big deal and we were dumb enough to believe him. #2. a few weeks later, and as part of the same job, he came back out to move the gas line for our new stove and install the new sink. Lucky for us, he decided NOT to follow the manufacturers recommendation on the gas line and instead used a new gas valve that was too small. And if you saw his dry wall work would think a child did it. AND during this process, he dropped a steal pipe that bounced off our new granite hit our new cabinet and then hit our new floor. The only way we knew this happened is we were home and the sound of metal pipe bouncing in my house was loud enough that I heard it, I ran down to see what the **** had happened. thank goodness it didn’t crack or damage the new granite or floor but it did damage our brand new cabinet. to this day, he hasn’t offered to make amends or compensate us for the damage he caused. once the new stove installers showed up they informed us the valve was wrong and it needed to be swapped out before they would able to install it as it had to meet the manufacturers specs. When I called him to let him know, he was so arrogant stating that he knew best and they were wrong. He told me that he read the installation specs but in his opinion we didn’t need the bigger valve. So more good news…we had to pay the professional installers to fix his mistake. #3 the sink he installed for us, to this day has a very random and odd leak that is tied directly to his installation work on the sink and garbage disposal. He has been out 3 times to try and fix it. it still leaks and he hasn’t returned a call or text in over a month. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Unfortunately we will be taking him to small claims court to get reimbursed for the costs we incurred due to his poor workmanship and damage to our new cabinets.

Bill and his son showed up on time and the final result was exactly what I had in mind. They also took it upon themselves to add bracing to my water heater and didn't charge any extra. Bill and his son cleaned up the job site and made friends with my dog.

Jobs done very effectively and for a very reasonable price. I will certainly use him again and I recommend him highly.

Bill and his son do amazing work. They call back promptly, offer a very competitive cost for their services, and are a very professional and courteous duo. They left the job site very clean and were in and out quicker than expected. They had no qualms with discussing the scope of work before I even closed escrow and were able to come out to the condo to inspect and provide their insight the same day I picked up the keys. Great. Bill returned phone calls promptly and proactively. He stopped by the day after I called him to give me an estimate and the repairs were done quickly and professionally within the same work week.

I called Bill to replace a doorbell for my 92 year old mother. He went out the next morning and finished it in no time, taking time to help my mother navigate in her home. He was quick to come to the house and do the job and very efficient and helpful. He had come and finished the job before others had even returned my call!! And then he made a point to call me and let me know how it went. Much appreciated as I live I'm Wisconsin. I plan to use him for all our handyman tasks in the future.

He showed up on time, right away he obtained the parts and fix the closet the same morning . Very professional and clean

Father and son come together. They've come 3 times. Each time, it was 1 1/2 - 2 hours and charged $325.00. They've made time in their schedule for me 3 times. Very pleasant guys.

Spoke with Bill on telephone and explained problem. He seemed to know exactly what was needed, and said that he had repaired many of these types of detaching sinks in salons before. We could not use the sink until it was repaired, so we were anxious to get it fixed right away as it was affecting our business. Bill and his son showed up on time the following day, but seemed perplexed by the issue with the sink bracket. He asked for a few days to research the bracket issue and said he would get back to me. I located the bracket online, and left Bill a message to let him know, and asked whether he wanted me to buy it, or if he preferred to do it himself. After several days without word, I decided to buy the part before it was gone, and paid more than twice the cost of the bracket just to ensure that it would be here in time. I left Bill another message letting him know that I had purchased the bracket, To date I have not heard back from Bill, This kind of behavior is so unprofessional, especially knowing the urgency of the repair for my business, and the fact that I located the part and bought it to ensure that he had what he needed for the job. Bill's telephone greeting says that they check their messages hourly; If so, then he received all of my messages. So I can't understand his reason for abandoning this job without the courtesy letting me know that I shouldn't waste time in finding another person to address the problem with the sink. I guess I'll never know how good Bill is at repairing sinks, but I do know that he is most unprofessional at handling client, or prospective clients. I can only surmise that if he gives such little importance to the basic tenets of business and commitment, this lack of professionalism probably surfaces in other areas as well. Too bad.

Showed up early and worked from 9AM to 12:45PM. Bill was friendly and professional, and nothing came out crooked or weird. After having three handymen flake out on me, Bill was available on short notice (3 days).

Very happy with responsiveness and quality of work. No problems. Went above and beyond. Would definately use again.

As always, he showed up on time, was fast and did great work. Looked at some other problems in the bathroom and suggested fixes for the future jobs I will need done.

Bill and his son BJ were very professional and responsive to our needs. They were friendly and answered all questions. Work appears to be well done. They cleaned up well after they were done. We needed to have drywall work done and they referred us to someone, I can't find his card but he also did great work. After the drywall was dry, we needed to put the light fixture back in the bathroom. We could not get the fixture back on the wall. We called Bill and he had his son come to our house the next day and reinstall the light fixture for us and did not charge us anything. We would definitely hire them again.

He was reasonably priced, efficient and produced very high quality work.

Power outlets in my kitchen stopped working and I tried tripped every breaker and gfci. But none worked.I called Bill and he returned my call immediately. He listened to my problem patiently and understood it very easily. He provided me advice to how to fix the circuit breaker and this did not work then he will come himself next day. I did exactly what he suggested and it worked. His Honesty and integrity saved me my time and money. From now on he is will be handy man. I recommend other in Thousand oaks to call him if they having any home problem he will do initial investigation fix the problem and direct you to the right direction. Thanks Bill you saved my day.

I was recommended to Bill by another contractor that removed our acoustic ceilings and wallpaper. Bill returned my call promptly and after I emailed him the jobs I was looking at for him to do provided me with a quote. He and his son, BJ, work together. They were prompt with their arrival and completed the jobs specified with excellent craftsmanship. When they installed the side garage door Bill noticed the door had warped because the cement level had changed so that water from rains would accumulate and go under the door into the garage. At no charge he came back and laid cement in that area and corrected the problem. He also took care of disposing the old garage door. Bill and his son, BJ, are kind, professional and honest men that are excellent craftsmen.

Family owned business. I called this morning, and he was here within an hour. He was nice he cauked the area that needed it. He can also remodel kitchen. He stayed long enough to go over everything. Very nice, kind and competent person, took his time. He also looked at a bunch of stuff that should be done. He understood what needed to be done, he certainly knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to everyone.

Very well, both he and his son are very easy to work with and were willing to talk over and explain things to us.

Bill was prompt in responding to my call to schedule work. He was flexible in scheduling the work. He showed up as scheduled with the tools and supplies necessary to finish the job in one day. He did a great job! We are very pleased.

I have used bill for many handyman jobs. In this case however i was seeking my house. Bill is a licensed GC. He performed work for electrical to having subs come assist. The work was impeccable. The pricing was fair. I wish he was where i relocated to I would use him again in a heart beat for anything to be fix and or corrected in the house from electrical to woodworking to plumbings.

Replaced garage door lights. Repaired the hanging bar in walk-in closet.

I spoke to Bill several times and he was going to fit me in, in the late afternoon (I had emailed him the day before). He then called to see if he could come the next day, but that did not work for me. Instead of making an appointment for another day, he said his son, BJ would come instead. A short time later, BJ arrived. I showed him the problem with the shower sprayer and he corrected it and installed it, no leaks. Then he took a look at my hose cart and sealed that and tightened it, again, no more leaks! Even though these may have been easy tasks, they were things we were not able to do ourselves. So I was very happy with the service that I received. And it was convenient because they live close to my part of town. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others. And they went out of their way to try and fit me in ASAP, which I appreciated.
