+ 0 moreContractor did not write down what we wanted and frequently did not recall conversations. Installed switches blew-out frequently and owner was charged for replacement parts. Contractor did not come back and finish work on time-line creating bottleneck for other contractors' work. Plug-mold was installed too low and I can see it below the cabinets, exactly what I wanted to avoid. We finally hired another contractor to finish work so that we could go on. Kent Williams and Benjamin Electric were paid within 72 hours for every bill presented to me. Very disappointing and stressful experience.
Description of Work: Kent Williams and his assistant demoed existing electrical lines in kitchen; added four exterior light outlets; moved electrical outlet for our range; added low voltage rope lighting above cabinets in kitchen; added fluorescent lighting under kitchen cabinets and hall cabinets; added recessed lighting in kitchen, foyer, and hall; added numerous switches and changed existing switches; added 2 GFI plugs; added plugs for microwave and warming drawer; installed plug mold in three places; added several three way switches; added several wall sconces; added six outdoor lights; added plug for garbage disposal and dishwasher; added transformer in attic for rope lighting above cabinets in kitchen; installed transformer in attic for low voltage lights above peninsula and connect to switch in attic. Also installed Maestro, Lutron switches throughout.
