Description of Work: Had them install new Lennox mini split 3 ton system. Initially talked with them at Costco. Good discount and a $1250 Costco gift card.

+ -1 moreI have been very happy with the performance of the machines and I am happy with their servicing. I have to call and set-up an appointment for them to come and do their six months service. They will probably be doing it in a week or so if I call. I pay a monthly fee and that provides me certain things like when I have to replace the filters. They are free because they are exactly not a cheap item. It also provides some sort of an insurance coverage for some kind of breakdowns and remedying those breakdowns are free. For two machines, I pay $52 a month. That is $26 per machine per month. That includes furnaces and air conditioning units. The price is reasonable. For six months at $26 a month is $156 per six months. I know that to replace the filters are fairly expensive items because of the kind of filters that I want and that is probably half the cost. It is a very top-end system. The quality is excellent. They are supposed to call me to set my service day, but they do not call so I call them. They are very punctual. I would be using them again as long as I get the proper servicing per agreement on the units otherwise, I would move on. They did an excellent job of installation. They gave a good price and I cannot complain about that and it is a top-end system.
Description of Work: I had AZ Air Conditioning & Heating come out every six month to service it and get a new filer. The last time they came out, I had them put a higher-end of filter because my wife has certain allergies to cats. I decided to put a UV lamp inside each of the furnace units and upgrade the filter to a super micro-filter on both machines.
