Repair person arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem promptly and had the part on hand, because we told him about the model # when setting up the appt. he replace the oven ignitor. He communicated well. He seemed very knowledgable and agreed to give us advice on future appliances. He told us to buy American next time, because the parts are much easier to come by.

Arrived within the time window. Diagnosed the issue as the Freon had leaked out of the sealed system. Since it was a sealed system, they needed to cut-in a valve and test the system to make sure it was a leak. Since it was a Thursday, they couldn't do the work that day or the following day so they wanted to schedule something the following week. Not the best scenario since we had been living out of an ice chests for the last several days. I was told someone would be contacting me to schedule the work that day or the following day. Never heard from anyone, and it has been 6 days. Basically I feel I paid $85 for nothing and made other arrangements.

Phone calls returned promptly, even to inform me that the a job I needed done was outside their area of expertise. Worker arrived on schedule, fixed the problem in the least expensive way (sealed existing gasket), did not attempt to add on extras, was friendly and efficient.

I called AAA Appliance Clinic at 10 AM. Matt came to our home and repaired our microwave in less than 2 hours from our 10 AM call! Amazing, prompt, honest, friendly, professional service was provided! I will definitely keep them in mind for future large appliance repairs.

Today, 01/08, received a call from Tracy that the parts are in and that they have time on Friday. I advised that I am back to work starting tomorrow 01/09 and can we do it today but that was not possible. I advised that I have to take time off for this and I had already taken a lot of time off. I asked if they work on Saturdays - no they don't. I asked if they work later int he day and she said no they do not work past 4PM. I said soonest I can be home is 4PM. The company was not wanting to make any allowances for my time or to work with me and then she proceeded to tell me I took too long to get back to them; she said they had the parts but used for another customer. I reminded her that both she and the repair guy were told we told we were going on a trip but she proceeded to tell me that they can't have parts just sitting even if they are for another customer. How very unprofessional. At this point my frustration level had reached critical mass. I said forget about it and hung up. I will not use this company ever again. I don't recommend them. They are not customer service oriented.

I like doing business with people in my local area and choose a company based on that reason. Now, I will choose Matt and Trudy of AAA Appliance Clinic because they were prompt, courteous, called me back with a quote on parts replacements if my ice maker acts up again...you can't ask for better quality or service. I recommend this company highly.

Smooth, easy, professional and friendly. Work was explained, and what was going to be done. Had the parts available to make the repair Showed up on time and performed all tasks and checked out anything else that could be wrong. They have become my go to team for appliance repair

Matt arrived on time and got right to work. We were dreading the possible choice between a huge bill and replacing the dryer, but Matt was great. He quickly found and repaired the problem at a very fair and affordable price. He is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant service providers we have ever dealt with. The dryer is working fine and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of large appliance repair.

I called several repair services who either couldn't see us right away or didn't answer. I left a message at their shop and they called me right back and scheduled the service for the next morning.

After finding AAA Appliance Clinic on Angie's List, I called to make an appointment to have my Whirlpool washer looked at. It was operating but making a racket during the agitation cycle. I talked to a nice lady who worked within my schedule and we set up a time on Tuesday the 11th. The technician arrived with the time frame given and within minutes diagnosed that the machine had a bad pulley which should be replaced to prevent damage to the motor. I paid a service visit fee (very reasonable). He said the office would call with a quote on the part and and estimate of the return visit. Appliance's office did call a few days later with a quote and estimate, and we scheduled a return visit. The techinician came back, installed the new part and gave me a bill within the original quoted amount. This company provided excellent service and did competent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their household appliances. The technician had a wealth of experience and I plan to use them to do fiture maintenance work on my refridgerator

We had been experiencing problems with unsatisfactory performance of our Whirlpool clothes dryer for sometime. Matt arrived as scheduled and got right to work. He explained the problems and set to work to correct them. He got the dryer working reliably without resorting to replacement of expensive electronic parts. His bill was in line with his preliminary estimate. He recommended preventive measures to keep the dryer running smoothly. We unreservedly recommend Matt from Appliance Clinic for large appliance repairs and will call on him again whenever we need appliance servicing.

AAA appliances were very professional from scheduling the appointment, showing up within the designated time and quickly diagnosing and repairing the problems with my gas dryer and dishwasher. The service technician was very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone!

This was the first service I used from Angie's List and I am delighted at how easy it was to find a knowledgeable appliance repairman at a fair price. I selected Appliance Clinic from the companies listed. When I called, I was able to make a convenient appointment for the next day. The repairman arrived on time. He was prepared to address my described problem and had the part to fix my dryer. Besides repairing the dryer he also checked to make sure the vent was not blocked and made certain that there wasn't a build-up of lint inside the dryer. The repairman was polite, worked efficiently, and left no trace of his work. I've already recommended Appliance Clinic to friends.

From start to finish this was a positive experience. Nice, on time, and honest. Matt has a great sense of humor as well. Matt got it working within minutes. Since it was a bit of a mystery as to why the problem occurred, Matt promised to come back, free of charge, if the problem reoccurred. He guaranteed his work and I will call him if the range, or any other appliance has trouble. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Matt came straight out on Wednesday, ordered the part and fitted it on Friday. It was all done very professionally and I'm very happy.

Matt did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. It took a little while for parts to arrive since they were on back order from manufacturer. Matt came back and installed parts and made sure the washer was working properly before he left. Matt was prompt for both appointments. I wouldn't hesitate to use Appliance Clinic in the future.

Matt showed up at 9:20 A.M.--well within the 4 hour window his wife, Tracey, scheduled with me. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Matt took the time to explain what he would be doing as he went through the process of diagnosing the refrigerator's problem. I cleared out the food from the freezer portion of the refrigerator and Matt removed the ice maker, inside back panel and tray from the freezer. I heated some water which he poured down the small drain and within seconds, the clog had cleared out of the drain that leads to the drain tray under the refrigerator. He replaced all the previously removed parts back into the freezer. He removed the bottom grate below the refrigerator door to check the drain tray and saw that the area where the compressor sits was extremely dirty/dusty so he vacuumed out the area and replaced the grate. When he finished, he cleaned his work area very thoroughly--all the time apologizing for making a mess (Which was not at all that bad). He gave me a 30 day warranty on his work and said to call him if there was any follow-up concerns.

I was very happy with them. The guy was very nice. He seems to know what he's doing. He went a little above and beyond. I had an intermittent problem and we weren't sure which part was gonna work. He was nice enough to order one and then take it out and send it back. He really did more than most people would do. He was very nice. He showed up on time and did his job. I would definitely recommend him.

My dryer stopped heating up so I called and made an appointment. Matt showed up on time and looked it over. He explained what the problem was and provided a quote. He had the part on his truck and made the repair in a few minutes. Whe he was finished, he vacuumed the area clean and showed me what he had done. My dryer is working perfectly again!! While I was paying the bill, I mentioned that I was also having a problem replacing the water filter on my refrigerator and he looked it at right away. I didn't have to ask, he just got right down on the floor and looked it over. He showed me how to replace the filter and even did it for me while I watched (I already had the new part). He then made sure it was working and explained to fill up a big glass with water a few times to flush out the air - all at no charge! He seemed very happy to help. I was very impressed and am grateful. I would definately use him again! Matt is a true professional and seems to care about providing customers with the best service experience.

I called on a Thursday and explained that the switch that turns on the dryer was not working. The receptionist took down the model number and said she would check to see if parts were still available for that model and give the information to the technician who was out in the field. She said I would get a callback that same day or the following day. The next day I called later in the morning. It turns out she transposed a couple of numbers on the model. She did get back to me later that day. She said the part was available and as long as it came in Monday morning, the repair tech could come out between noon and 3pm on Monday. He arrived about 12:50pm. Matt was very nice and got the job done in about 15 minutes. The fee was $65 for the first half hour so I'm glad he got it done in less that half an hour. Unfortunately, it was the part that was expensive. Though, this is typical of Sears parts. Matt said that the dryer is still in pretty good shape. Since I couldn't afford a new one, I felt that repairing it was my best option. Plus, it still looks like new. The receptionist ( I believe her name is Tammy) and Matt were so nice and helpful. I'm grateful that I finally found a repair company that I can trust and enjoy doing business with.

My 12-year old dishwasher would not drain and flooded out on to the kitchen floor. When I explained the problem to Tracy, she indicated a repair technician could be at my house in just a few hours. Matt arrived early, explained the problem, gave me an estimate, and fixed the dishwasher.

We have used Matt from The Appliance Clinic for about 15 years now, as well as recommended him to friends. He has always been friendly and prompt. But most of all he is incredibly competent and honest. He has repaired our washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and trash compactor. He goes the extra mile and every friend I have referred him to has agreed. When we bought our dishwasher we decided not to use the store installer, and Matt not only did the job well, he was less expensive!

Matt has always done a terrific job, given us honest information and been reliable and responsible. We have recommended him to friends who have had good experiences as well.
