Quick and efficient. Had similar problem after 3 weeks and they came out and fixed the problem with no charge to us.

They were good. They did a good job. I think my appliances was just shot, but they did a nice job. It was a recurring problem, I don't think that they completely fixed it, but they gave good service while they were there.

Mike the repairman showed me exactly what was wrong and explained the issue clearly. He repaired the machine by replacing the part and even returned the same day with the part when he thought it would take two or three days to get it.

Not good I feel they were ripping me off. They wanted $170.00 for a $51.00 part.. then when I told them I'd order the part they went from $130 for service call to $190.00. I will now call Sears to diagnose and fix the problem and pay again.

My refrigerator was no longer cooling, so I called American West Appliance because I used them in the past. The receptionist asked clear questions about my refrigerator, explained the cost to come out to take a look. The technician was prompt and respectful. He checked the fridge and said that it was the starter relay. In less than an hour my refrigerator was back in service. Price was very fair for his job.

The Service was done on 10/5/2016, he charged my $280.00 to fix the leak but on 11/22/2016, we started seeing Overflow of water coming from Freezer, we were lucky we were right their didn't cause much damage. Then we called Helen from "American West Appliance Repair" then Mike came to repair, he did something and said if it doesn't work he needs to replace valve. he will charge me $140 more. as soon as he left, it started overflowing, so i called him and he again said he is going to charge me 140$, and he said that's business, this is not his problem, its my problem. I said if you would had fixed first time we won't have this issue. he said he cannot guaranty on parts they go bad, so i will charge for labor which is $140.00. "Please do not use him".

I called and was able to get a repairman out within a few hours. (Fred) He determined the motherboard was not working and therefore the compressor was not getting power. He left and returned with a motherboard within half an hour. Then he said the power was getting through but the invertor to the compressor was not working. He had to order the invertor and would call me the next day to schedule the install. He said he wouldn't charge any more labor at this point. The next day he came back and got the job done. He even looked at my dryer at no extra charge and gave me tips on more efficient drying. He was very friendly and did what he could to keep the cost down for me. I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with spark module, had the replacement part on his truck and fixed our stove right away. He was very careful with our marble counter and cleaned everything afterwards.

Phenomenal response time and to be able to diagnose and repair in such a short time is just way above expectations. The technician's many years of experience were obvious. He was very knowledgeable of my appliance and gave some tips how to maintain it in the future. The entire experience was great from start to finish.

We've had good luck with American West in the past, but this time was not a positive experience. We will not use these people again.

When I called this business they made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. The serviceman was on time. He was professional, honest and informative throughout. He fixed the machine in a short time and charged me fairly, giving me the Angie's List discount. I recommend this service and would not hesitate to have them back again.

We called American West Appliance Repair on a Friday afternoon after find them through Angie's List and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could be at our house within 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later he arrived and was able to determine why our washing machine wasn't draining within a few minutes (unfortunately, it wasn't a clog). He had a new pump on his truck and provided me with updates on his progress and showed me what broke on the old part and offered for me to watch him install the brand new part. The entire repair was completed in an hour and he tested the machine twice and cleaned up any water before he left. I will definitely use them for any future repairs and highly recommend their work.

It is working very smoothly. This is the second time that I have used this company. Both times the service was excellent. Helen, the lady at the office was able to squeeze me in on the same day that I called to accommodate my day off. Steve arrived on time, explained everything and was very friendly.

Our Frigidaire dishwasher was not draining and we called American West Appliance Repair. We used them in the past and were always happy with their service.They scheduled a technician for the very next day upon our request. He arrived on time and was extremely thorough in fixing our dishwasher. It was quick and affordable service. We can always count on this company for great service and fair price.

I received a telephone call today, and was told that the parts were ordered, but incorrect ones were sent to them by Viking. Those parts, I was told, were sent back and correct ones were reordered. When the correct parts were not received by this vendor, they quoted that Viking told them that the parts were on further back order, but this was all too much of a problem for them to deal with, and that they had decided they wanted to only refund my money since it was a hassle. I then called my real estate agent to update him, and I learned that he had been contacted by this business before I had. They told him a different story, stating that Viking didn't make the parts anymore, and they could not complete the work. ( These appliances are less than 5 years old). This is an incredibly unprofessional organization that has shown that they are unwilling to do the work they are hired to do. They lie to customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!

Steve the repairman was clean and professional and showed up within the 3 hour time frame. Explained everything in detail and showed me the possible source of the problem and why it created the noise, which was ice around the fan. He did say we should keep an eye on it over the next few weeks to make sure there is not another source of the leak and to call again if we notice water buildup in the freezer or leaking from the ice maker. He did do a number of tests and water seems to be going where it is supposed to, so hopefully that will be the end of it. The noise is gone. Overall, I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. Will call them again if the problem re-occurs.

After searching around we found American West Appliance Repair to fix our problem with the dryer. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the gas valve coils. Everything went great the man was polite and hard working. We thought we paid a fair price as well.

See above. The only problem was that I thought the price was a bit excessive.
