A.M. Fox Plumbing & Rooter Service

I called at 10pm Saturday evening to leave a message for Monday. He called me back within 5 minutes. I explained that I had Mr. Rooter out that day and felt I was being scammed so I asked them to go without finishing the service. (Un-clogging a kitchen drain) It had been a stressful and potentially expensive experience with Mr. Rooter and I was looking for someone trustworthy. He was honest, professional and very funny. Did a lot to ease the stress and put me at ease. We agreed on a time for him to come out on Monday, but the drain un-clogged prior to his visit. A.M. Fox will be my first call from now on.

Adam returned my call, we set up a date. He showed up on time, found the problem and fix it. Only charged for labor, no parts. I would use him again in a flash.

The date is estimate as the work required about 6 weeks and included integration with several other contractors. I allowed him to work his schedule based on an overall timeline. He completed all tasks within the prescribed time and all work was satisfactory. During this time I spoke with him and watched his work. He is very knowledgeable and refuses to do a half way job. When there was a decision to be made, he always offered more than one solution to the problem with ramifications and cost for each allowing intelligent decisions to be made. Adam has also completed several smaller projects at my home. All done completely, professionally, and on time.
