The contract promised 3 months, they took over 8 months. There were weeks when no one showed up. They left the yard a huge mess the entire time until they were finished. The pool is not level to waterline, the tile pattern is mismatched in about 30 different places, and they eliminated our existing overflow hole, so now the pool overflows in heavy rains. They formed every opening in the barbecue the wrong size, even though the equipment was there on site. The waterfall has no aesthetic appeal. It looks like a big pile of rocks, nothing at all like the example picture they gave us. The electricians left the old wiring in the ground, and shut off the circuit breaker. I took them to arbitration, and have been awarded $7200. They are now fighting to have the award set aside. He claims his office mis-sorted the mail, and has been doing so for 5 years. In my book, that's further evidence of their quality. I can't stress strongly enough how much I would NOT recommend this company. The award was NOT set aside and they paid us in full. It turns out that when you are a licensed contractor and you loose an arbitration, you have to pay within two weeks or you loose your license! Only go with a licensed contractor. As you can see, in our case, they managed the project badly and their subs were illegal. Lot's of problems with workmanship.
