The service went well. I've had them do work for me for the last 4-5 years. Whatever the main guys syas happens. He' on top of it, always present. He works very closely if he has a subcontractor working for him, he supervises them very carefully. The prices are good. He is very knowledgeable in all the fields that he's done work for me. He's just a delight to work with. There's no second guessing and whatever we discuss, he does and he gives me the option upfront. He's really right on and he's just excellent.

AAA Pacific Coast Constructio's knowledge of procedures and his openness to change if necessary along the way. Also he provides ideas to the homeowner's, he is not pushy which allowed me to see a different on going with things in accomplishing the task. There is nothing to dislike. He is honest, upfront, has good prices, thorough and completes his job on time. We've had him several times and he's been very good. He's where he says he will be at the exact time.

Extremely well.... Mr. Helm discussed the project with us. He offered "pointers" and tips. We were guided by his expertise. The construction took approximately 3 weeks--right on time. Excellent.

Mr. Helm is very professional. Estimates are promptly given in writing. Changes (if desired) are noted in writing and costs agreed on. Daily progress reports/issued are given. Communication is clear and forthright. Contractor is always available to talk on the phone. The landscaping job in October/November, 2010, went very smoothly. Costs were as presented in the estimate. Work done well in spite of some topographic challenges in the yard. This latest experience is typical of our past experiences with AAA PacificCoast.
