Jacob and his team did a complete remodel of our Master suite, including the master bedroom and master bathroom, in Murrieta. We have a very upscale house in a very upscale neighborhood and wanted to update completely the look and have all new materials and fixtures etc., all very high end. Lots of stone and tile work, custom cabinets, Italian designer sinks and lights. After completing the design phase with an interior designer, we had four contractors bid the job, including 4 Season Remodeling & design. Jacob was not the low bidder, but we could tell from the bids and talking with each contractor that he would do the highest quality work, and we also felt he would have a very good chance of hitting budget and schedule, so we selected him. We had had some previous experiences in remodeling with other contractors where schedule and cost slipped quite badly, and I am pleased to report that Jacob hit the schedule and cost exactly according to their bid, with no slippage whatsoever. It is a bit of a shock to have that experience! Jacob has some very experienced subcontractors for plumbing and stone and tile work, which we had a lot of, and they did a fantastic quality job for them. Jacob and his senior worker Dave supervised the whole project fairly closely, and they were great at accommodating my micro-managing of the project and my attention to the finest details. We really did not experience any significant issues during the entire project. I would strongly recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design, and we definitely plan to use them again for our next two bathroom remodel projects.

Jacob, at 4 Season Remodeling & design, did a complete 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeling project. They replaced in 1 of the bathrooms the bathtub with a shower and upgraded the doors, the sinks, countertops, and splash. Jacob managed the entire work, and he did an amazing job. He gave me a timely and clear estimate, applied for city permits and arranged city inspections, advised me on all the purchases of required products (e.g., shower fixtures, cabinets, lights etc..), facilitated my selection of tile, assigned a highly skilled and thoughtful person to do the work (sometimes with the help of a second person), and oversaw the flow of work. He also was in close communication throughout the project. The installation of the materials were exceptional in an innovative design. I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the results.

Jacob and his crew at 4 Season Remodeling & design did an excellent job on our large scale remodeling project that included the Kitchen, bathrooms and the master bedroom. They did the project on time and on budget, got everything done to high standards, and the permit inspections went perfectly smoothly. I recommend Jacob and his team without reservation. The project involved taking out all the walls, cabinets, shower, raising the ceiling, and putting in new walls, appliances, new showers, toilets, new sink, hardware and new lights too. They also replaced our old electrical sub-panel with a modern one and ran new electrical wires to the kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms. Jacob was a great project manager and had great judgment of when/how to best communicate with me, ask me for my preferences, raise concerns and update me. The new remodeling spaces look and works great!

We just completed our remodel with Future Vision and are walking away happy customers and deeply appreciative of the heart they put into our home and project. For context, this was a mid-sized remodel of 3 bathrooms (1 with a major reconfiguration of the layout), 1 bar, 2 fireplaces, 1 mudroom and recessed lighting throughout the house. This is also our forever home, so quality of work was of utmost importance. This project spanned over 5-6 months. Timing was really driven by us and delays in materials due to the pandemic or changing our minds. There were no delays on Jacob’s side. I had the joy of working with Jacob, our Project Manager, our Designer, Jacob’s team and our architect. When they say customer service and communication are at the center of their values and goals as a company, I do agree. — In terms of customer service, this was always at the center of the project. If it mattered enough to me, Jacob and team would make things happen no matter how small or large. Of course, with all projects with multiple parties, there are competing incentives, but I always felt like we landed at a fair compromise and making me happy was the most important goal of them all. This means a lot to me because over the course of the project we discussed things from them helping me with a surprise water leak from a faulty gutter (not their fault) to me literally marking areas where I wanted even the smallest corner re-grouted and they fulfilled their promise. I also loved shopping with our designer, which were great retail locations they have strong relationships with. — In terms of communication, they are also top-notch. A key reason why I chose 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design over other companies was my first meeting with Jacob. He is a straight shooter and always sticks to his word. This is an art. Jacob always set clear and realistic expectation upfront on what would delay us or add costs to the project. If he promised, he would fix something he would. Jacob and his team were also very available and quick to communicate via chat or phone. I always felt very supported because they always made themselves available. Remodeling your home is an emotional journey, so this is extremely important. — Lastly, I would also say that I walked away feeling like working with a team with “heart.” Jacob’s team became people I enjoyed seeing an interacting with regularly. They are very professional and know that their job is not simply to remodel a house, but that their job is to create a home for a family. I don’t know of a more important calling than this. They were professional, courteous, easy to get along with, and did great work. We found his fees to be very reasonable, and we appreciated his detailed estimate. Here is a list of why we recommend Jacob. 1. Impeccable Design. Jacob referred us to a landscape designer who did a phenomenal job with designing the project. The designer was reasonably priced and responsive to our feedback and edits. 2. Accurate Estimation. After he received our final plans, Jacob provided a detailed line-by-line estimate. No other estimates were as detailed. 3. Phenomenal Crew. Jacob’s crew was professional, courteous, and they finished the project on time. They did a great job with a new retaining wall, new trees, new shrubs, an extension of our patio, new sprinkler zone, drainage, and a zone of artificial turf to support our new swing set. They had clearly done several of these projects in the past. 4. Changes. Jacob and I agreed on several changes through the project (e.g., new sprinkler zone and some additional trees) and the final invoice accurately reflected those changes. We are all excited to enjoy our backyard.

He made sure to visit the house at least 3-4 times a week, and his quote was well within our budget. He prepped our house with great attention to all the details (small or big), kept the dust to a minimum, asked us to join a walkthrough at the end of the work, and also made sure that his employees cleaned each day before they left to their homes. Jacob and his team at 4 Season Remodeling & design worked on two projects in my house. Both were relatively complicated. The first was fixing a gap between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room, which resulted in building out new walls, floors, and ceilings in a difficult to reach area, and ensuring the insulation was soundproof. The second was making a little den beneath the stairs that was finished. His team could complete both tasks in just a week for each project, for an incredibly reasonable price, and with utmost professionalism. To give you a sense of things. After every day’s job, they made sure they left the place clean and tidy to not disturb my daily routine. All the construction work was made to match the surrounding home decor - for instance, they used paint that matched the paint in the rest of the house, and wood that matched the hardwood flooring. They also fixed things that weren’t part of their work and with no charge, such as holes and stains on the wall. I’ve shown the completed work to friends, and they’ve commented on how amazing everything looks and how they would have expected the work to have costed twice the amount I paid. I plan to use Jacob and his team again for any future project. I can’t recommend them anymore than that.

We had few remodeling projects that we needed done for our home and from the beginning, our project manager, Jacob, did not disappoint us. Jacob and his team were professional, kind, and always took the time to discuss our needs about some changes we wanted to make. Jacob gave us many suggestions and ideas and we quickly got to work. We needed several things done on the inside of our home, but also in the backyard and front driveway. Jacob and his team transformed the floors, yard and driveway into a more modern, beautifully put a together work of art. Some of this work included making cement repairs and changing the driveway from stone to concrete. A bunch of the bricks in the yard were damaged and old and Jacob’s team could redo the walls and floors with the new brick color we selected. We could immediately see a difference as they payed so much attention to detail in lining everything up perfectly and we could tell that they had a lot of experience. We also changed some of the flooring in the inside of our home, which came out just as great. Overall, very professional and efficient work, good communication and always showing up to work.

We are in love with our new half-bath, and incredibly pleased with the work by the 4 Season Remodeling & design team! Jacob and Jose were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Jacob kept in regular close contact with us to make sure everything was on track. Even though the size of our job was small in comparison too many of their other projects, they put the same amount of quality and energy into making sure it was done well. 4 Season Remodeling & design made our long time vision come true. Overall, we knew what we wanted when we decided to re-landscape our front and back yard, but going from head to paper to reality doesn’t always happen mainly because we wanted too much that at the end would not look good. Lucky for us, Jacob, with his exceptional experience and knowledge, could make it happen. Jacob’s knowledge as an arborist made it easy for us to communicate our ideas while taking advantage of his design expertise. He was creative in working with our budget, his expert crew was hardworking, conscientious, and respectful of Covid protocol, and Jacob continues to follow up to make sure our garden is thriving. I’ve been through my share of remodels and almost all the experiences took more time, more money...you know the story. And then my mother’s condo had water damage, which was uninhabitable. Despite solid insurance, the moment the tests came back positive for mold and sewage, we knew this was going to be a complete move out, demo and remodel. I had 5 bids come back and chose Jacob with 4 Season Remodeling & design. He and his team are my heroes. Open communication, direct eye contact, honest opinions, quick problem solving, and most of all, they took care of us when COVID hit and the building shut down to all contractors. Jacob at 4 Season Remodeling & design just completed an extensive overhaul of our front, back and side yards (which included extensive hardscaping, landscaping, lighting and irrigation). Before this project, we had a 1980s home with a warm modern interior BUT a very dated exterior that was detracting from / conflicted with the feel of our home. After working with Jacob, the exterior now compliments the house — it is modern and warm with spotless lines and is awesome to come home to each day, I would recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design without question. We will gladly work with him again on future projects. We LOVE the finished product and have only positive things to say about the working experience (from design to demo to planting). At the outset, Jacob listened to our preferences and translated a high level conversation into a thoughtful and well-planned design concept. He listened to our budget and worked with us on decision points / trade-offs that would materially impact the cost of the project. 4 Season Remodeling & design was the easiest contractor company we’ve ever worked with. Jacob was very responsive and helpful. Received a call back within a couple of hours after contacting him and his crew could start the following week. We were in need of designing a new pool (now that we are home because of COVID), hardscape, landscape stucco work, and outdoor kitchen. His crew was efficient, thorough, and professional. His teams were particularly a pleasure to work with. When you see Jacob, you can see how passionate he is about his profession, very detailed, and his suggestions enhanced the overall look. I hired 4 Season Remodeling & design to handle a large remodel of my home. Jacob and his crew removed a large load-bearing wall and reworked my old living room and kitchen into an open concept floor plan. He also had some great ideas to cleanly route our TV/media equipment into the new coat closet that he built for us. Ultimately, all of our concerns and requests were addressed. My husband and I panicked when our new hardwood floors were incredibly squeaky, and he had his subcontractors come back to fix the problem. When our new kitchen cabinets from Home Depot arrived crooked, his company expertly solved the issue. On top of that, Jacob was able to complete our project several weeks earlier than we were hoping. We are expecting to hire Jacob again when we will be ready to execute our next home renovation project.

I took 5 estimates for our remodeling project that included the garage, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. 4 Season's Remodeling & design was by far the fairest bid and the most knowledgeable contractor. Jacob was my project manager. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Jacob listened to my ideas and helped me realize them. The project ran into some delays as Jacob worked to clear through permitting challenges. Thank goodness that Jacob was so diligent in resolving those challenges. Jacob and I were in constant contact from the beginning of the year until mid-July, when the job was completed (and I mean constant communication, daily). The consistent communication was also very appreciated. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Jacob, and that is a truly rare thing. If you need help with any remodeling project, give these guys a call -- they are good.

I live on my own, so I’m always very careful about who I hire to work on my home, but Jacob could not have been more respectful of me or my home. The work Jacob and his team they did was detailed and absolutely stunning. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jacob did a fanomenal remodeling job on my kitchen. It turned out above and beyond my expectations. It was really great working with their team of professionals. My designer and we worked together choosing everything from the cabinets, plumbing fixtures, wall tiles, and everything else. It was a very enjoyable experience. Mario was my project manager, and he did a great job of coordinating. Every day when workers were done, he would call and let me know who was coming the next day, and what time they would arrive. All of their tradesmen were very professional, and did a very good job of cleaning up every day that they completed their job. All work was completed in the time frame I was given. I would highly recommend them for any of your home projects.

I can't say enough about how great 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design was to work with. I priced out kitchens everywhere and decided IKEA was the best product for the price, but was intimidated by the designing, and installing process. Once I discovered 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design I knew it would be helpful, but after going through the process, I can't imagine doing it without them. Their design was great and the detailed measurements, pictures and parts list were so important. Whenever people see our kitchen, I make sure to tell them about 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design as I believe they were such an integral part of making our kitchen reno successful. After purchasing our new home, we wanted to update the house since it was still stuck in the in the old remodeling style. We did not know where to start or what to do and after a lot of research we were referred to 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect. After 30 mins of our meeting we were in love with Jacob’s ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. He was very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us his beautiful designs and completed projects from his previous clients. We decided to hire him and we are so happy that we did. Jacob came up with an amazing 3D concept design (that looked much real then the actual spaces) for each space that we wanted to remodel. He managed the remodeling project from start to finish and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design for making our home an amazing place for our family.

We’ve used 4 Season Remodeling & design for two projects 1 year apart. The first time we hired them, it was for a full back landscaping project - design, irrigation, plantings. Jacob did an amazing work, kept to the promised (upon) budget and finished the entire project as scheduled. We loved the yard and received many complements. This year we decided to build a new pool, which required all new landscaping work. This time around, in addition to having design, irrigation and planting needs, our ideas included fencing, benches, BBQ island as well with slopes and varying elevations. Jacob was amazing and he pulled all of our ‘preferred’ and ‘want’ into a stunning design plan that met our budget and Jacob and his team executed the design perfectly. Once again, in addition to the enjoyment we receive from our beautiful backyard, our friends and family have nothing but complements as well. We highly recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design.

Fantastic company and people – and we do recommend them! We selected 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design to do a full re-do of our backyard – part of it was to remove the 20-years patio and renovating the pool and decking. The final results ARE brilliant. The pool was totally re-plumbed, re-plastered and new tile and coping were installed including all the new equipment. The remodeled patio is a stunning textured concrete with brushed ribbons. The flagstone steps and trim match the concrete perfectly. Jacob and his team were very professional and efficient during the entire work. We had significant delays due to Covid19 and few other things, but they kept moving forward on the work. Everything was clean and organized during the remodeling project, and were always on time. We had a couple of additional items that we added to the project as it progressed, and Jacob was prompt with updated estimates. There were no unexpected costs during the project; Jacob's original estimate was very accurate and even identified those items we had to handle separately (e.g., permits). We loved their work so much that we are now having them give us a quote for our front yard hardscape. If you are looking for high quality, professional, timeless workmanship, these are the people you want.
