Jacob and his team at 4 Season Remodeling & design worked on two projects in my house. Both were relatively complicated. The first was fixing a gap between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room, which resulted in building out new walls, floors, and ceilings in a difficult to reach area, and ensuring the insulation was soundproof. The second was making a little den beneath the stairs that was finished. His team could complete both tasks in just a week for each project, for an incredibly reasonable price, and with utmost professionalism. To give you a sense of things. After every day’s job, they made sure they left the place clean and tidy to not disturb my daily routine. All the construction work was made to match the surrounding home decor - for instance, they used paint that matched the paint in the rest of the house, and wood that matched the hardwood flooring. They also fixed things that weren’t part of their work and with no charge, such as holes and stains on the wall. I’ve shown the completed work to friends, and they’ve commented on how amazing everything looks and how they would have expected the work to have costed twice the amount I paid. I plan to use Jacob and his team again for any future project. I can’t recommend them anymore than that.

The Kitchen was a pretty big job as it was a complete remodel, taken down to the studs and rebuilt. The project started and completed in the allotted time. Jacob was constantly in contact with us with daily updates. He took care of any dealings with inspectors, the city, and with the work crew. The project was pretty smooth, and the work was done with quality and care. Thank you again 4 Season Remodeling & design and thank you Jacob for your hard work and devotion to your customers. We had few remodeling projects that we needed done for our home and from the beginning, our project manager, Jacob, did not disappoint us. Jacob and his team were professional, kind, and always took the time to discuss our needs about some changes we wanted to make. Jacob gave us many suggestions and ideas and we quickly got to work. We needed several things done on the inside of our home, but also in the backyard and front driveway. Jacob and his team transformed the floors, yard and driveway into a more modern, beautifully put a together work of art. Some of this work included making cement repairs and changing the driveway from stone to concrete. A bunch of the bricks in the yard were damaged and old and Jacob’s team could redo the walls and floors with the new brick color we selected. We could immediately see a difference as they payed so much attention to detail in lining everything up perfectly and we could tell that they had a lot of experience. We also changed some of the flooring in the inside of our home, which came out just as great. Overall, very professional and efficient work, good communication and always showing up to work.

We are in love with our new half-bath, and incredibly pleased with the work by the 4 Season Remodeling & design team! Jacob and Jose were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Jacob kept in regular close contact with us to make sure everything was on track. Even though the size of our job was small in comparison too many of their other projects, they put the same amount of quality and energy into making sure it was done well. We will definitely work with them again!

4 Season Remodeling & design made our long time vision come true. Overall, we knew what we wanted when we decided to re-landscape our front and back yard, but going from head to paper to reality doesn’t always happen mainly because we wanted too much that at the end would not look good. Lucky for us, Jacob, with his exceptional experience and knowledge, could make it happen. Jacob’s knowledge as an arborist made it easy for us to communicate our ideas while taking advantage of his design expertise. He was creative in working with our budget, his expert crew was hardworking, conscientious, and respectful of Covid protocol, and Jacob continues to follow up to make sure our garden is thriving. I’ve been through my share of remodels and almost all the experiences took more time, more money...you know the story. And then my mother’s condo had water damage, which was uninhabitable. Despite solid insurance, the moment the tests came back positive for mold and sewage, we knew this was going to be a complete move out, demo and remodel. I had 5 bids come back and chose Jacob with 4 Season Remodeling & design. He and his team are my heroes. Open communication, direct eye contact, honest opinions, quick problem solving, and most of all, they took care of us when COVID hit and the building shut down to all contractors. Even though we had weeks left on our schedule to get the job done, I could have the Board give us 5 days so that my mother could move back in and they made it happen with no changes to the original renderings. Jacob at 4 Season Remodeling & design just completed an extensive overhaul of our front, back and side yards (which included extensive hardscaping, landscaping, lighting and irrigation). Before this project, we had a 1980s home with a warm modern interior BUT a very dated exterior that was detracting from / conflicted with the feel of our home. After working with Jacob, the exterior now compliments the house — it is modern and warm with spotless lines and is awesome to come home to each day, I would recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design without question. We will gladly work with him again on future projects. We LOVE the finished product and have only positive things to say about the working experience (from design to demo to planting). At the outset, Jacob listened to our preferences and translated a high level conversation into a thoughtful and well-planned design concept. He listened to our budget and worked with us on decision points / trade-offs that would materially impact the cost of the project. Finally, he offered recommendations and responded to questions throughout the project. His crew is professional, super hard working and detail oriented, and made steady progress every single day. The project included extensive concrete work (e.g., newly poured keeping walls, a modern staircase that creates a fluid and open entry way to our house, a newly poured driveway and block steps around the perimeter of our house), desert scape plants that are BEAUTIFUL, lighting and irrigation. 4 Season Remodeling & design was the easiest contractor company we’ve ever worked with. Jacob was very responsive and helpful. Received a call back within a couple of hours after contacting him and his crew could start the following week. We were in need of designing a new pool (now that we are home because of COVID), hardscape, landscape stucco work, and outdoor kitchen. His crew was efficient, thorough, and professional. His teams were particularly a pleasure to work with. When you see Jacob, you can see how passionate he is about his profession, very detailed, and his suggestions enhanced the overall look. At first, I thought their price was a bit high but because of the recommendation; I chose to hire them to remodel my Kitchen and two bathrooms. They were great from start to finish. I hired 4 Season Remodeling & design to handle a large remodel of my home. Jacob and his crew removed a large load-bearing wall and reworked my old living room and kitchen into an open concept floor plan. He also had some great ideas to cleanly route our TV/media equipment into the new coat closet that he built for us. Ultimately, all of our concerns and requests were addressed. My husband and I panicked when our new hardwood floors were incredibly squeaky, and he had his subcontractors come back to fix the problem. When our new kitchen cabinets from Home Depot arrived crooked, his company expertly solved the issue. On top of that, Jacob was able to complete our project several weeks earlier than we were hoping. We are expecting to hire Jacob again when we will be ready to execute our next home renovation project.

I took 5 estimates for our remodeling project that included the garage, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. 4 Season's Remodeling & design was by far the fairest bid and the most knowledgeable contractor. Jacob was my project manager. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Jacob listened to my ideas and helped me realize them. The project ran into some delays as Jacob worked to clear through permitting challenges. Thank goodness that Jacob was so diligent in resolving those challenges. Jacob and I were in constant contact from the beginning of the year until mid-July, when the job was completed (and I mean constant communication, daily). The consistent communication was also very appreciated. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Jacob, and that is a truly rare thing. If you need help with any remodeling project, give these guys a call -- they are good.

4 Season Remodeling & design could not have done a more stunning remodeling job on my home. Honestly, it is much better than what I wanted and they nailed it. I live on my own, so I’m always very careful about who I hire to work on my home, but Jacob could not have been more respectful of me or my home. The work Jacob and his team they did was detailed and absolutely stunning. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Jacob did a fanomenal remodeling job on my kitchen. It turned out above and beyond my expectations. It was really great working with their team of professionals. My designer and we worked together choosing everything from the cabinets, plumbing fixtures, wall tiles, and everything else. It was a very enjoyable experience. Mario was my project manager, and he did a great job of coordinating. Every day when workers were done, he would call and let me know who was coming the next day, and what time they would arrive. All of their tradesmen were very professional, and did a very good job of cleaning up every day that they completed their job. All work was completed in the time frame I was given. I would highly recommend them for any of your home projects.

I can't say enough about how great 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design was to work with. I priced out kitchens everywhere and decided IKEA was the best product for the price, but was intimidated by the designing, and installing process. Once I discovered 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design I knew it would be helpful, but after going through the process, I can't imagine doing it without them. Their design was great and the detailed measurements, pictures and parts list were so important. Whenever people see our kitchen, I make sure to tell them about 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design as I believe they were such an integral part of making our kitchen reno successful. After purchasing our new home, we wanted to update the house since it was still stuck in the in the old remodeling style. We did not know where to start or what to do and after a lot of research we were referred to 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect. After 30 mins of our meeting we were in love with Jacob’s ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. He was very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us his beautiful designs and completed projects from his previous clients. We decided to hire him and we are so happy that we did. Jacob came up with an amazing 3D concept design (that looked much real then the actual spaces) for each space that we wanted to remodel. He managed the remodeling project from start to finish and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design for making our home an amazing place for our family.

We’ve used 4 Season Remodeling & design for two projects 1 year apart. The first time we hired them, it was for a full back landscaping project - design, irrigation, plantings. Jacob did an amazing work, kept to the promised (upon) budget and finished the entire project as scheduled. We loved the yard and received many complements. This year we decided to build a new pool, which required all new landscaping work. This time around, in addition to having design, irrigation and planting needs, our ideas included fencing, benches, BBQ island as well with slopes and varying elevations. Jacob was amazing and he pulled all of our ‘preferred’ and ‘want’ into a stunning design plan that met our budget and Jacob and his team executed the design perfectly. Once again, in addition to the enjoyment we receive from our beautiful backyard, our friends and family have nothing but complements as well. We highly recommend 4 Season Remodeling & design.

Fantastic company and people – and we do recommend them! We selected 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design to do a full re-do of our backyard – part of it was to remove the 20-years patio and renovating the pool and decking. The final results ARE brilliant. The pool was totally re-plumbed, re-plastered and new tile and coping were installed including all the new equipment. The remodeled patio is a stunning textured concrete with brushed ribbons. The flagstone steps and trim match the concrete perfectly. Jacob and his team were very professional and efficient during the entire work. We had significant delays due to Covid19 and few other things, but they kept moving forward on the work. Everything was clean and organized during the remodeling project, and were always on time. We had a couple of additional items that we added to the project as it progressed, and Jacob was prompt with updated estimates. There were no unexpected costs during the project; Jacob's original estimate was very accurate and even identified those items we had to handle separately (e.g., permits). We loved their work so much that we are now having them give us a quote for our front yard hardscape. If you are looking for high quality, professional, timeless workmanship, these are the people you want.

We recently had a room addition built at our house. Our addition project started before the covid19 situation and it was managed by Jacob Harel, and we couldn’t have asked for more skilled and communicative contractor. From the beginning, he was with us, guiding us on how to plan out our addition that will fit our budget, and explaining us all the stages and processes involved. Jacob set the timeline for the start of the construction, and what would be involved, and he also provided us with many ideas on best practices that would result in a highest end quality for our budget. The working teams were professional and always polite and they were very receptive and responsive to any of our questions and issues we had. From A to Z, the addition project was perfect, and on target. we are very happy with the final results. Our remodeling project included a complete kitchen remodeling, the removal of a wall, the removal and installation of new floors throughout the entire house, the replacement of the electrical rewiring, and several other upgrades to our old flip house. After long time of hesitating, we decided to remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms at our house. For our remodeling, we hired 4 Season Remodeling & design (Jacob) because he was the most honest person from all the other ones that we met and talked before our meeting with him. When Jacob was about to complete the kitchen, we decided to also remodel our 3 bathrooms also because of the remarkable job that Jacob did with our kitchen. Jacob helped us with everything including the design and the selection of all the materials that we used. Jacob was available anytime we had any question or we needed any advice. Jacob was at our house very often to check and see that all the work progress and what was being done that day. If we will decide to have any other remodeling work our home, Jacob will be the one we hire. We did referred him already to few of our friends and family. We just completed our remodeling with Jacob and his professional team. Our new house looks stunning! All the involved workers were expert, truthful and reliable. In any project, it’s inevitable to run into problems and issues, but when those issues came up at our house, Jacob was there to solve them fast and with a smile.
