We hired 4 seasons remodeling after meeting with 4 additional contractors that were specialized in kitchen remodeling projects. During that whole remodeling, Jacob the contractor was very easygoing with us and he never tried to rush us into a decision or to try and sell us things that we didn’t need it. At the end this method made the overall experience very enjoyable and appreciative. The style that we were looking for was a modern look with all the appliances that we wanted. Jacob suggested that we should go with custom cabinets that will be much better and will fit 100% to our kitchen space. The remodeling work started with the complete demolition of the old kitchen and progressed based on the schedule that was assigned by Jacob before. We were lucky enough by not to have many additional problems that will ended up with additional costs (this is happening very often when walls are being removed and due to old plumbing or hidden leaks). The workers were always on time and very professional while managed and supervised by Jacob. What made it easier was the fact that all of them have been working for 4 seasons remodeling for long time and we noticed that they work from the heart and putting attention to all the details and perfection of the work. This type of approach when Jacob was the main person during the remodeling and we dealt with him mainly. We must mention that this was extremely important to us because we didn’t want to deal with all the scheduling, workers and mainly with sub-contractors. Our kitchen project was completed after 5 weeks (only one week beyond schedule). Our kitchen is truly the envy of all our friends and guests that visiting often the house. 4 seasons remodeling exceeded our expectations much more than what we expected or anticipated. Jacob was able to handle and solve all the problems that were discovered during the final walk through of the project. We have heard all the kitchen nightmare stories but with 4 seasons remodeling we always believed we were in good hands and our trust was never taken for granted.

Our house was never remodeled since the first owner purchased it a while back. The original owners had a custom pool/spa combination designed and we understood that it was developed soon after the house was built. The pool at the house did not require immediate remodeling or repairs of any kind when I decided to hire 4 Seasons remodeling to renovate the whole back yard. Although, I already knew what I wanted to do and have in the back yard, Jacob Harel from 4 Seasons remodeling was very honest and upfront during our first consultation meeting by independently stating that nothing required immediate attention or remodeling. The work that I decided to do for the existing pool included:- To update the tile line around the pool- Add stone-based water features- Aging (but still functional) original plaster- Upgrade and update many pieces of the pool equipment. On top of the above changes and upgrades, the pool's design included:- A 14k gallon raised wall spa/pool setup with flagstone coping and a surrounding stamped concrete/flagstone deck. - A raised wall existed as a continuation from the spa along the back of the pool edge which had sheer descent water feature. The full scope of the remodeling was to: a. Fix and recolor all the stamped concrete decking.B. Replace the vertical raised wall original soft stone with flagstone.C. Replace some pieces of coping.D. Replace all the aging stone at the grill center.E. Replace all the water line tiles with a glass mosaic block tiling 2x2.f. Replace the original plaster with a blue finish and inlay glass tile edging along stairs, ledges and seats.G. Replace the sheer descents with stone scuppers in the back wall.H. Take out and remove all the existing pool equipment and prepare it to the new equipment that will be installed.i. Pour new concrete and add new storage pads.J. Install, plumb & setup all the new pool management equipment.K. Seal all the new concrete and stone surfaces. Now that the work has been completed, I can say that I was very content with the project and I would hire 4 Seasons remodeling and Jacob Harel once again to complete or do any other major remodeling work that I may have in the future. Before I hired Jacob for this work, I met and interviewed more than 6 top highly-rated pool contractors and Jacob Harel definitely stood out from all the rest of them. I decided to put aside the project until I had the chance to get and review the bid from 4 Seasons remodeling and that made me understand his approach and how he would manage the attention to all the details that I wanted. 4 Seasons remodeling have a strong reputation in Los Angeles area and I had a very particular requirement set for the project. While the project of my house was somewhat small to many other projects that 4 Season Remodeling do, I was able to have many of the same contractors used on their most expensive pools work on my project. Jacob ensured that all of his subcontractors will be responsible for all the delivering against the high standard I expected and the work was completed as required. On top of that, Jacob made sure that I understood that 4 Seasons remodeling will stand behind the commitments he made, even if it wasn't done right the first time and will require different contractors to correct and of the problems that will accord from the previous ones. I must mention that this his statement was very important because any major project have high chances that issues will arise. Jacob was always reachable by phone/text or even email, with concerns on the project as they arose and he made sure that I know each stage of the plan ahead. While there were some timing delays and a few issues requiring rework, we worked together to solve the problems that arose and ultimately got to a very satisfactory outcome. The project is now completed. The pool and spa look amazing now and I am very happy with the end results. I do not believe that most of the other contractors I interviewed would have demonstrated the same level of commitment and consideration to detail and for that I am very appreciative of Jacob and 4 Seasons remodeling.

After meeting and interviewing several contractors and designers, we decided to hire 4 seasons remodeling to perform a major remodeling of our house. We chose Jacob because he had a great eye for design and more than that, he was reasonably priced and we felt most comfortable with him. Jacob was able to develop a detailed budget to the complete project and a realistic schedule based on the wish list that we defined during the meetings that we had with him. During the meetings with Jacob, we came across several issues that could happen in case we implemented several ideas together and Jacob pointed us to those problems and he was able to solve them by providing other ideas that compensate ours and in the other hand will prevent the problems during the remodeling. During the work, Jacob visited the house on a daily basis and he supervised the actual work with him workers. Jacob was very pleasant to talk to, and we saw how he really care about the final product. On top of that, Jacob was very responsive to our questions and concerns and he provided us with a weekly update on the progress of the remodeling. Any issues that arose during the project were dealt with quickly and professionally acts. During the work, there was few subcontractors that worked at the house and also them, were pleasant and we were impressed with the quality of the work they did. The remodeling finished on time and mainly under budget. We want to mention that the remodeling project included the rebuild of the new kitchen, dining room living room, guest bathroom and the master bedroom. The work was completed by a fresh coat of paint with color combination that was selected by Jacob and crown molding all around the first floor. Most importantly, our house turned out BEAUTIFUL! We would use Jacob and his crew again and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a remodel.

I loved Jacob's pool design and thought he would be great for the job, but he never gave me a bid. I asked many times for the bid and he kept telling me he would send it, but nothing. He charged me $350 for the consult and design. He wouldn't let me keep the design, which I understand. He didn't want to sell his design for $350. But now I have nothing for my $350 and had to find someone else for the job. I would not recommend this company. Not good.

It is now a year later and I have a beautiful front yard. There is always something flowering, the manzanita trees and shrubs are always beautiful. It is a friendly garden, enjoyed by the butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. I am continuing to call on Jacob Harel which any issues that arise with my new garden and I am also having him help me with my conversion to a low water plants in the backyard. I have begun the process and will do it in steps. Jacob has many good ideas, he is a perfectionist about the job as is his crew. I know that everything will work, meet the needs of the changing water situation and that I will enjoy the life and interest in the garden. Jacob Harel is very knowledgeable, has answered my many questions and keeps you informed about the progress and schedule. I have found him easy to work with and that is a pleasure.

I had my bathroom completely remodeled through 4 Season Remodeling & Design. Jacob and his workers removed my bathtub liner and replaced it with a stand up shower. They also installed tile on the walls and floor as well as a new double sink vanity. All The materials were purchased by me with the guide and advise of Jacob. Jacob told me the process would take a 2-3 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks and that's due to some previous work that was done by my plumber in which he did a few things wrong and Jacob had to fix them. Jacob did a good job and the new bathroom came out more than I expected and it showed me that there are great contractors that can do a good job at reasonable priced.

Each month we noticed that our pool has less inches with water. Jacob was a contractor that we used in the past and we called him to come over and take a look at the pool. Jacob like before, was nice to us and offered us a visit to look at the problem. When he came over, he checked everything and noticed about a problem that caused the water to leak. He told us that he will be able to repair it and gave us a discount due to our past work. He brought his workers to work at the pool and they plastered the whole pool and made it like new. it was a week of work and the guys worked each day while jacob visited often to make sure the work is done correctly.

Jacob is a great person work with! His experience and knowledge is awesome and he is down to earth person that know his job very well. The work that Jacob did was to expand the dining room area and to have a open space feeling around the house. The kitchen that we decide to do was a mahogany color with brown counter top. The work was completed after 4 weeks and during that time, Jacob came over each day to see the progress is going to to work with the workers. All the materials were agreed prior to the beginning of the work and Jacob made sure to have them ordered and delivered to our house. The new kitchen and the open space looks much better than before and we are very happy with the new look of the house.

Jacob and his workers came over and remodeled our bathroom. The bathroom that we did with them was a small one that had only a shower, sink and toilet. Jacob supervised the workers and follow his design that we approved before. The shower was the most beautiful item in the bathroom. Jacob did a nice design on the walls and the ceramic tiles that he installed are gorgeous as well. Jacob was a down to earth person to deal with. He answered all of our questions and was there when we called him or left him a message. this is a great service!

Jacob is a great person to work with and to deal with! At first, he came over as a courtesy and gave us some ideas about what we can do and he even didn't want to charge us for that visit. His ideas were pretty good and we liked them. We contacted jacob again after a while and asked him if he can give us an estimate for that bathroom and he agreed. His estimate was good and we hired him for that project. Jacob communicate with us on each step and made sure to visit our house several times per week to make sure that everything is good. The new bathroom came out very nice and we love it.

I can recommend this company specially Jacob Harel that was the person that made sure that my kitchen will come out beautiful. Jacob start with a design that supposed to include all the features that I wanted and to try and squeeze it to my budget. Jacob worked hand by hand with all the workers and vendors at my house. At the end of this remodeling, I must mention that there was not even 1 additional charge even though there was some modifications to the kitchen during the work

Our pool had some lose of water due to few cracks at the pool. Jacob, came over to look at the issue after we saw his work at a neighbor house near. Jacob came over, saw the problem and quote us for the repairs. He also advised us to do some landscaping work that included: grass, flowers and some lights. His price was reasonable and we went ahead with the work, Thank you Jacob for the nice and professional work that you did at my house. The pool is now clean and don't leak as before! the backyard plants and grass add a lot more to my house.
