We called Templeton Floor Care mid week last week and within 30 minutes they had an employee out to provide an on the spot estimate. We figured during the holiday season it would be a long wait for service but Templeton Floor Care was able to schedule an appointment for that Saturday. They were more than willing to accommodate a weekend appointment since our business is open M-F. All parties involved were friendly, timely, and efficient. We have had the office carpets cleaned before and were not happy. We are 100% satisfied with this experience. We even had some tough spots that they were not sure would come up and they did. Thank you for the great work!

All arrangements went well from scheduling to completion of the job and invoicing. I worked directly with Ron Williams who was very friendly and responsive.

I have never seen a cleaner like this. The guy was unbelievable and I've had many throughout the years. The job was pricey but it was well worth it. I have five indoor cats and once in awhile you need a real deep cleaning. He had this round unit that almost picked the carpet up. He did an excellent job. He is a little more expensive than others, but it is worth it. He was very polite. For someone that wants a real deep cleaning you can't beat this guy.

Company uses non toxic, soap free products. Ron Williams is the company president and he attends to the job every step of the way, from the first visit to compute estimate to the actual cleaning. Ron gave me spot cleaning and carpet freshener products for my own use. Ron wasn't able to be on time for his appointment to estimate the job; but he called and let me know he was running late. Ron and his assistant showed up on time the day they performed the work. Ron gave me realistic expectations for stains that might not come out completely. I was very satisfied with this company. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
