+ -1 moreThe owner called us back this morning and offered to deliver the additional mahogany colored wood chips. True to his word, they just dropped off a great deal of additional wood chips which has made it right to our satisfaction. We are impressed with his professionalism and for a quick resolution to the situation. Therefore I have revised my rating of this business accordingly. My thanks to Mr. Steve Rossi.
Description of Work: We ordered 10 yards of Mahoney Bark. According to our measurements of the deliver we received 3.33 yards. I asked the driver to show me the amount of product he was to deliver on my drive wave He emptied 3.33 yards. We paid nearly $400 for10 yards. This is the third order we placed with this company and expected them to deliver the amount we delivered. Would you pay nearly $400 for colored semi wood bark? Our calculations showed that they delivered less than 4 yards. If you wish to inspect this, it is clearly visible in our drive way..
