Description of Work: Cleaned all windows and screens inside and out. He even cleaned my bathroom mirrors which was a nice plus.

gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning
 + 1 moreIt went very well. I was preparing to sell my house and wanted it to look its best and it did. The cleaned gutters, power washed stucco and cleaned windows were a big improvement. My house sold immediately and I think this made a difference.
Description of Work: Mike cleaned all the gutters plus did some pressure washing around the chimneys (2) where some soot had accumulated and on the front porch which was 2 stories high where bats had discolored the stucco. He did a great job and worked very hard to remove all the stains. He also washed all the windows in my very large 2story home (approx 4000 sq ft) plus many windows in the garage as well. He did not complain when the job turned out to be bigger than he had anticipated. What he thought would take him 1 full day actually took 2 days because of the extra work removing window inserts before cleaning inside & then replacing them afterwards. He was so pleasant & up beat. When I mistakenly thought he had missed a large window he came back a third day to wash it but it turned out he had not missed it at all. Unfortunately I did not realize it had some fogging in the double pane window. He was really very understanding about that & cheerfully did not let it bother him. I would certainly have him work for me again.

 + 0 moreMike worked very fast and efficiently to clean all of the windows inside and out, including the screens, plus cleaned the gutters on our two-story house. He is personable and fun, and I enjoyed having him around. I will definitely call him again when I need the windows cleaned.

 + -1 moreHe is good inside and out. This guy did the best job. He really knows what he is doing. He is fully insured and bonded and he has a license number. He was excellent. He was very polite. He is just a family man - a local guy. He is upbeat and energetic. He just does an excellent job. He cleans the window sills very well. He cleans well both inside and out. He takes the screens out, cleans them and then puts them back on. I thought he was very reasonable for the windows we have. We have view windows that are 7.5 feet long and it's a lot of window cleaning. So, I thought he was good.
Description of Work: He cleaned my windows. I usually have him come once a year. We have a lot of windows.
