A door company was recommended to me for very quality service. The main door guy was out of town at that time and would not be available for a week or so. The door co. did suggest putting a contractor in touch with me that they felt did very quality work. I agreed and was reached that day by Dave Ormonde. He was able to come by my home immediately, that day or the next.
He arrived early but had called me ahead to see if that would work out for me. Which it did.
Dave was from the beginning extremely professional. He offered me advice on each door and what he felt needed to be done. He also made sure to offer his opinion on where I could save some money. I really appreciated that.
He called in a couple days with an estimate that I agreed on and within a week after ordering everything I needed began work.
He also kept in touch with me on the orders, letting me know exactly what was going on from start to finish with everything.
He was always on time, on scheduale, and worked full days until completion,
He and his employee were quiet, clean, very polite and respectful of me and my home, busy at all times, and very patient and tolerent with my 3 large dogs.
He did not ask for any payment in advance and even held off on billing me immediately upon completion because he wanted to give me a few days to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. He assured me also that if I had any future problems with what he had done that he would come by and make it right.
The final bill was exactly the same at his proposal.

He is a general contractor. He quoted a price for all the different parts for the house and stuck to it. There was no going up on the price which was the main thing. Everything was done on time. He did exactly what he said he would. His workers were prompt and quiet. They came out on time. His work was of top quality and the price too was the best. I wasn’t there when the house was being built, but my neighbors gave me incredible feedback. I would definitely recommend him.
