Steve Montesanti, the owner, arrived at the appointed time. He inquired about the services we wanted and gave us an estimate. We decided to go ahead with the cleaning that day. Steve did an excellent job on our old carpet (which has seen many cats). We could not believe the results. He finished it off with a scotchgard treatment which has helped us to keep our carpet clean. We have recommend Steve to many friends since. He was friendly, professional and a very hard worker. We joined Angie's LIst to find a good carpet cleaner and our membership was very well spent. We will be using Steve's service again.

Carpets came out beautiful and what I liked the most was, the carpets were not sopping wet as I've gotten in the past by other cleaners and they dried in a timely manner.Will definately use him again.....

Steve arrived to give me an estimate. The estimate was a little higher than what I was expecting to pay but I decided to go with him. The day of the job, Steve came in with his "GUNS" and he took care of the problem. I was amazed at the results.

It was great. He was very professional and knew his stuff. When we have to have carpets cleaned again we will definitely call him. He was upfront about everything. He was clean and honest. He left the place cleaner than it was.

Very professional great job done on our stained job. Couldn't be done any better. We had many other carpet cleaners, but Steve is the BEST we ever had. I highly recommend this company!!!

Steve arrived on time. He was courteous and professional in every way. He did not injure our furniture or carpet during the cleaning process. He pointed out stains that could not be removed. I was extremely satisfied with the results and my first experience using Angie's List. I do not know what a typical price would be for this service. What is meant by "FAIR" was that it seemed reasonable.

Steve arrived promptly at the time scheduled. Measured and gave me a written estimate. He started the cleaning process. He moved sofa, chair, ottoman and table. He did a great job. carpet looks like new. It also dried in 4 hours which was great.

This was third company we called for an estimate. The others offered coupons, senior discounts, and any three rooms for $49. On arrival the one's we didn't use said the coupon was for high traffic areas only, and that the "real" estimate was more than $250. When Steve (owner operator) arrived today he used a real steel tape, measured the actual area, and gave me a bid for less than $200--including Scotch Guard. He was right in the middle of the time block I agreed to on the phone. He unloaded his equipment, went to work and got the job done thoroughly and quickly. Because I asked him NOT to move a couple of pieces of big furniture, he gave me a discount on the job for the simple reason that he hadn't been able to clean all the area he had measured. Before he left, he showed me the work, and pointed out a stain that couldn't be removed. (which I knew about). Once begun, he just worked--no chat, no using cell phone, no muss, no fuss. I am very happy with Steve's work.

It went very well! The worker was very thorough and clearly responsible. He realistically set the expectations for the cleaning. The price was quite reasonable for the level of service I received. I would highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning needs. He went above and beyond by removing a last minute spot at no charge.

Terrific. I've used other companies over the years and Quality Carpet did the best job. I would recommend them without any reservation. The carpet looks almost new.

They are a good company. I call them; they come out and clean my carpets. The last time I used them, they charged $75. They are very good and trustworthy. I have been using them for a number of years. I will use this company again in the future.

Excellent work. Removed stains on area rugs and sofa. When finished all looked really clean. Advised that he would not be able to get water stain out of another sofa, so I didn't have cleaned. Very reliable and honest.

Right on time, in fact wanted to come earlier since a previous appointment has rescheduled. Was careful to protect the walls from the hose, treated spots. Job was completed in less than 2 hours. Carpet were beautiful like new, drying time was minimal. I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in over 3 years so my expectations were not that high. But when he finished my carpets looking like new again. I was very impressed.

I moved into a new townhome (3 bedrooms w/ carpeted stairs) recently and they thoroughly cleaned my carpets. They arrived on time and I paid exactley what they had quoted me in their estimate.

When I called, Steve gave me an estimate over the phone. It sounded fine to me so we scheduled a time for him to come over. It took him about 2 hours to complete the cleaning. Everything was still pretty wet, but he had explained that it would be completely dry in 24 hours, but to stay off them until then. He even cleaned the back sides of the couches and got out most every stain. Very professional and reasonable rate.

Steve arrived a little early and went over the job and cost in detail. Then worked from start to finish, about 2 1/2 hours. He told me of one stain he couldn't remove and advised to leave on the AC to help dry the carpet faster. I gave him a check and he left. The carpets were dry by about 6 that evening. He was very professional an on task.

We also use him on our furniture and he does a wonderful job. I am about to call him again. He is clean. He is neat. He is prompt. He does what he says he will do. I would recommend him and use him again.

We had our ceilings refinished and decided to have the carpets cleaned after the work was completed. We needed it done the following day. I called him on Friday and he agreed to come on Saturday. Not only was he able to come on short notice, he promptly arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional and friendly. He explained his price to us after measuring the rooms. He even gave us a discount for having most of the furniture already removed from the rooms. The carpet looks great. There isn't any lingering chemical smell. I would use him again.

I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS FLAWLESS. HE IS SO EFFICIENT AND HE TAKES GREAT CARE AND IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE DETAILS. HE IS EXCELLENT AND MAKES MY CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW AND HE IS VERY DEPENDABLE. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAVE EVEN USED THEM IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND ARE IN CONTROL. THE PRICING WAS FAIR.
