Description of Work: I've used Quality Carpet many times. In fact, they call me every 4-5 months to ask if I'm ready for my next cleaning and I usually say yes. Because of Angie's List this provider has continued to clean our carpet (2 bedrooms only) for $68. However, this time we were told that in the future they will increase the cost to $78, so I'm not sure we'll use them again at the higher cost. This is too bad. I'll now have to find another carpet cleaner who can keep our cost down so we can have the bedrooms cleaned 2-3 times a year.

Description of Work: I have used Quality Carpet Care before with exceptional results and this time wasn't any different. Arrived on time to clean the whole house including stairs. |Start to finish, about 3 hours. Despite the cold, damp, rainy day, the rugs were |dry by dinner and look like new!

Description of Work: They cleaned our carpet (about 1,100 sq. ft) which had some very bad spots. It looks like new and it is over ten years old. They moved some of the furniture (as we requested) and did a superb job. It was all done in about 3 hours. No extra charges for spots, or moving furniture. All totally dry in 24 hours.

Description of Work: I recently had to put an old doggie to sleep....he had many accidents on the carpets....Steve came in and serviced about 500 sq feet of carpet and made it look "brand new"....I asked him to do "traffic areas only" which resulted in a discount....he moved 2 large lounge chairs anyway at no extra charge...Steve was hard-working...punctual...professional and thorough...I would recommend him to all of you out there!!!!!....Carol in Monrovia

Description of Work: Steve did a great job cleaning our carpet. He arrived on time, measured our rooms and got to work. Very proffesional and pleasant. After Steve finished cleaning our carpet, he was able to go to my mom's house and give her an estimate. She made an appointment for the following week for her carpet cleaning. She was also very pleased with his work. I would recommend him to family and friends, and use him again!
