+ -1 moreI hate this place. Everyone I know in the area recommends Modern Lighting. There's this red-haired woman who works there who let me wait for 10 minutes without acknowledging me, while tending to another customer. Would it have killed her to ask someone else to help me? Modern Lighting will tell you flat-out, if you have a repair for an item purchased elsewhere, it will be put on the bottom of the list, it will take at least one month before they get to it and it will be expensive. Well, at least they're good at managing expectations. Most of their merchandise is dated and over-priced. For a much better purchase/repair experience, got to Pasadena Lighting instead. The owner, Dean and Repairman, Freddy are responsive, down-to-earth and quick.
Description of Work: Sold me some spare parts, so I could handle me chandelier repair myself.
