Scheduled appointment was for 8:00 a.m. on July 12, 2006. Mr. Chiu did not arrive till 9:00 a.m. However, Mr. Chiu did call to let me know that he would be late and was very busy. Mr. Chiu was very knowlegeable, and I would use him again. The only negative was that when the price for repair was discussed with a lady in the office at Heart Co., the price quoted was $149.00 versus the $159.00 actually paid.
Description of Work: I called to get service of an air conditioner for my condo that was not working on July 12, 2006. Mr. Chiu of Heart Company replaced the ''contactor?'' part for total price of $159.00.
