Rather than replace it right away, we thought we would try to save it and the guys at Bright Spots, certainly did. I called and got same day service which is beyond wonderful. The owner, Gus was very professional, on point and gave excellent service. Pricing is fair and honest. They will be my go to for carpet cleaning from now on. Thanks for saving me money and a headache, Gus and Caleb!

+ -1 moreNOT ONLY DID BRITE SPOTS NOT ADEQUATELY CLEAN MY CARPETING, THEY LEFT NEW STAINS. THEY THEN CAME OUT THREE MORE TIMES (WHICH WAS TO THEIR CREDIT), BUT LEFT NEW STAINS. THE CREW WAS ALWAYS LATE, NEVER CALLED TO SAY SO. SEEKING THE COSTS OF TRUE CLEANING, WHICH THE OWNER AGREED TO PAY, HAS LED TO 20-30 CALLS AND JUST AS MANY LIES ABOUT MAILING OR DELIVERING THE MONEY, WHICH HE HAS NOT DONE AFTER THREE MONTHS.
Description of Work: TWO ROOMS OF CARPET WERE TO BE CLEANED. THE CARPETING WAS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD.
