Defective construction by him self and subs that he hired, never finished the job. As soon as he got the finail ck per his contract he refused to finish the job. No permits were signed off. The insurance the he has is just general like every one else and dose not cover workmanship for him and whom he hired. nore dose it cover time frame to complete the job. He really dose not have a clue on how to build a costom home. The bond is no better on collecting for the defects and non completion of the job. Subs that were hired were frends of his that also should be avoided. Hole Concrete, Cuny Plumbing, Amber air conditioning, hoyt roofing, Hillcrest framing, don't let his nice guy deminer fool you, I got burned and now I have to hirer out for the work that was done incorrectly and not finished, and also dealing with getting the permits sighed off.
