+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT TOOK AWAY THE OLD TILE AND REPLACED IT WITH THE NEW TILE. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS ONCE THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY TILED THE KITCHEN AND THE BATHROOM AREA AND ALSO THE FRONT ENTRY WAY.

+ -1 moreAFTER REVIEWING SEVERAL SWATCHES OF CARPET, I WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE A PARTICULAR STYLE. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME CHOOSE THE PROPER PADDING TOO.
Description of Work: NEW CARPET WAS CHOSEN FOR MY HOME. ALSO NEW PADDING. THE SALES REP WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FAIR TO GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP LATE. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL. THE FOLLOW UP WAS PROBLEMATIC. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW UP AS PROMTLY AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED. LITTLE PROBLEMS LIKE THAT POPPED UP.
