Their pricing was reasonable. The personnel was absolutely fantastic and great. We always have recommended him to other people who asked for a real state agent. I give them A all the way through.

BEWARE! LONG REVIEW, BUT WORTH EVERY MINUTE IT TAKES TO READ, SO YOU WON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE BY USING ANY OF HIS SERVICES!!! Initially, last summer, we had a great rapport with Mr. Sage and his team after contacting them for assistance in securing a lease sight-unseen, from another state. I was due to begin my first semester of law school shortly after our arrival to CA, we have 4 daughters that we had to get settled, and our position on the wait-list at Camp Pendleton did not look promising. Troy boasted experience with military re-locations of this sort and appeared to be sympathetic to our situation when we explained that we were seeking a long-term lease (approximately 3 years) for stability during my studies and my husband's deployment. However, it is now evident that he misled us, is only financially driven and extremely unprofessional. After the lease began, Troy served as the owner's "property manager." However, most likely unbeknownst to the owners, the property lacked any meaningful form of "management." He didn't respond to the Move-In discrepancy sheet that we were required to complete which specifically detailed security and safety issues--with the locking mechanism on the entry door, an off-track rear patio door, a spider infestation, among other minor issues. He stated that he had never received the scanned/emailed document. He did however, confirm receipt of the second transmittal, which was simply re-forwarded. *Anyone interested in proof--I keep all email traffic, documentation and texts* In his defense however, approximately 6 months later, after contacting him again, a work order was completed to our satisfaction, which he never physically verified. As a matter of fact, he never verified the condition of the property at all--with the exception of giving us the keys and at the end of the lease, when they were relinquished. Good thing for the owners that our family treated the property as our own and returned it in immaculate condition. Now, regarding that "long-term lease" we were expecting: When we were contacted by Mr. Sage regarding our plans to either renew or complete our current lease and move, we advised him that we were considering a purchase and wondered whether the owner would entertain selling the property. Shortly after, we decided that it would be in our best interest to postpone a purchase until after my husband's upcoming deployment and chose to simply renew the lease, as originally planned. Needless to say, that option was no longer available! We were disappointed when Mr. Sage advised us that since we chose not to buy, then we could only renew on a monthly basis because he needed to proceed with marketing the property. That placed us in a terrible predicament--interruption in my studies, displacing my children at the end of the school year, and essentially having to pay rent at 2 locations to avoid terminating the lease early. We needed to move right away to avoid a 30 day notice to vacate after a buyer was secured--which could have potentially resulted in a law school student and mother of 4 having to plan and execute a move while her husband is deployed! This was expressed to Mr. Sage vehemently, although neither in a disrespectful nor demeaning manner. This past Tuesday, he attempted to redeem himself by providing an explanation that the owner's current financial straits and upcoming deployment required them to sell the property at this point. However, the coincidence was noted that 2 weeks prior, the option to renew was available, UNTIL the idea of purchasing was mentioned! His response infuriated me more because in my personal opinion, it was unnecessarily intrusive to the owner's right to privacy and blatantly unprofessional on his part to reveal their motivation for selling! It further proved my opinion that this individual would "throw anyone under the bus" to protect his own interests! Last, he became extremely defensive, unprofessional and vindictive! SInce he could't find any discrepancies in the 50 minute silent (he refused to communicate with me), walk through he felt the need to point out that we KILLED the grass LOL! The grass that had brown patches when we moved in, the grass that was heavily treated with pesticides for the entire duration of the lease due to two black widow's nests in the rear, and the same grass that had at least 6 large holes burrowed throughout by a colony of ground-hogs that the owner didn't give authorization to exterminate. Furthermore and most hilarious--a portion of our rent paid for a gardener!! Overall, this individual is extremely unprofessional and as a previous home owner and as a FL licensed realtor myself, I am appalled at the disservice he has been compensated for. Please save yourself the time and humiliation by patronizing another real estate "professional" and taking whatever 2 cent rebuttal he offers in response to this very detailed, accurate review with a grain of salt...

We provide Tenant Placement, and as a liaison between landlord and tenant, but no payments were ever made to my office, as all rental payments were made directly to the landlord. The tenant did ask for a lease longer than 1 year. The landlord offered 1 year lease with an optional extension. Move In paperwork had nothing needing repairs. When repairs were needed they were done in a timely matter. The tenant showed interest in purchasing but never moved forward. We needed to begin marketing the property for sale.The tenant would not allow reasonable showings of the property, and asked to break her lease. I met with the tenant, and the meeting was not only uncomfortable, but down right nasty. She reminded me several times that she is going to school to be an Attorney. When she vacated, the landscaper explained the tenant shut off the water to the sprinklers. Though there was damage the Landlord returned full deposit. This review is absolutely incorrect and borders on slander.

He is caring, concerned, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. He does a great job. His availability is excellent. His friendliness and professionalism is all top notch. He is very efficient. I would definitely use his services in the future too. The price paid to him was based on the commission.
