TradeMark Lighting & Electric

Description of Work: In November 2015, we were informed by Mark Swarbrick owner of Trademark Lighting & Electrical that we had an electrical fire inside the walls and ceilings of our home and we needed to move out of our home for our own personal safety and if we did not move out, he would notify the proper authorities (he was only there for a small electrical job). We moved into our RV in our cul-de-sac and notified our insurance company and the insurance company said it would cover our fire loss only (the wife is handicapped and our hallways were 30” wide so we took space from a hall closet to have 42” hallway and needed a washer/dryer connection and some electrical work from Trademark). Mark told the insurance company and us that he pulled electrical we-wire permits. Mark performed the electrical rewire in the back of the house, then instructed the construction contractor to tear out the front end of the house so he could rewire to the box out front. The contractor performed the work in the front of the house as requested by Mark which was ready by 2/12/16. Mark needed to finish some the work in the back of the house so the contractor could close up the walls but Mark has not done any work at the house since December last year.
