Bret came recommended to us. His price was reasonable with other quotes. He showed up on time and did a good job on the bedroom, although his crew did not cover our floor and got our carpet filthy. Then he was supposed to research where to find the marble we needed and we did not hear from him. Everytime we called he said he was still looking and would call us back. Finally we decided he would come over and get a piece of the marble and take it to the marble shop. I stayed home from work to meet him and he never showed up and never called. I left him several messages and he never contacted us again.
Description of Work: Tile installation of one bedroom and re-tiling of a marble entry way into the master bedroom.
