I hired him to do a full flooring remodel (carpet and luxury vinyl) painting, repair of garage floor damage and general repair services for my condo. AAA+ in every category. Reliable, honest, a master craftsman, professional and personable, and very very clean. He has a keen ability to make the overwhelming simple. Had John & his associate Rick back for a 2nd round of repairs & renovations after the fantastic job they did on our initial projects. This time they did excellent work on repairing/painting multiple areas on our ceiling, tile repair on our shower & bathroom floor. John also discovered a potential serious water pressure problem & then corrected it by replacing our valve regulator. He explained to us how the city's normal water pressure if not regulated correctly in our home could potentially burst water pipes & cause a lot of structural damage. So very thankful for finding this company.

Very good work on a small drywall repair and paint to a ceiling

John is amazing. He is thorough, honest and VERY good at what he does. No matter what the issue is (he also installed a sink for us that was pretty complex) he will tackle the issue with integrity and the highest of quality. If everyone were as honest and high quality as John, there would not be a need for ratings!

Let me say that we did not know him prior to hiring him so this review is totally unbiased and objectively based on our experience. He has done 3 different jobs for us now. His attention to detail is remarkable and he is a 'finisher". When the project is done, every aspect is just right. He has tremendous pride in his work as he is a true craftsman. John is on-time, very insightful in assessing your needs, and really wants you to be satisfied with the end result. His bids are fair and his integrity is beyond reproach, a real gentleman. John was fabulous!!! He is extremely detailed oriented and has very high standards. He worked tirelessly until our two jobs were completed. He cleaned up every day, and his pricing was exactly as initially quoted to us. We will absolutely hire him for any future jobs. He went above and beyond what we asked him to do and even helped us with a few things that were not part of the job.

John is remarkable, he did a great job. Difficult project involving building out a room opening to install a pre-hung door frame. The floor tile work and knock-dwon textured walls he installed are perfect. Very pleased with his professionalism, workmanship and flexibility (we have 2 small children.) John was fair with the quote and completed the project sooner than expected. He was honest about the start date and it was worth it as he is a perfectionist, promising to complete the job to our satisfaction. We will definitely work with John again.

I moved into a new home and had a lot of smaller projects and one good sized one. I sent John a list and he gave me a fair ballpark price and I hired him. Boy, was I glad I did...For 4 days he was on time, stayed until his jobs were done regardless of how long, made sure his work was satisfactory, and "managed the house" while I had to run errands. She appliances were delivered, he was there to put them in precisely. When it came time to "settle up", I thought his fee was VERY reasonable forcwhat was done and the quality was awesome! Working with John was such a sorry free experience that I would definitely do again. In fact if I could I'd rate him more than 5 stars, thanks John!!
