Going great!
Description of Work: Ashley and Daniel Jarvis have been our agents for almost a year now. They listed the home and within 2-3 days we had multiple offers (even though the home was priced at the top of the market for the neighborhood). We accepted a cash offer above the list price. Super experienced team and they know how to negotiate. Excellent communication and smooth transaction. Will use them again, and again!
Description of Work: I have used Lisa and Goran Forss several times before to buy and sell homes. They are amazing and sell homes with an aggressive and amazing marketing program, something I have never seen in my real estate sales - I am investor and buy/sell homes. They offer some incredible marketing exposure and have an in-house professional stager and offer video and first place placement on all major websites. They even offer aerial video! Bottom line, they sell my homes fast and for more money than any other agent is able to do.

We did a search online to find the best agent to sell our home in Meadowview, Temecula. Lisa and Goran Forss popped up as one of the best with great reviews and a very impressive track record. However, what really sold us on them is that they claimed that they would get us 'top dollar' for our property. Within a week we had a full-price offer and it was the price we wanted. The buyers requested a three-week escrow, so it was just one month from the day we put our house up for sale until we were out. What more could we have gotten from a real estate agent? Action speaks louder than words and they delivered! We highly recommend Lisa and Goran.
