After working with other realtors that never would return phone calls I was introduced to John Cable and his assistant Natalie. They not only answered all of my phone calls and questions but took time to show us many homes until we finally found the perfect home for my family and I. When I think of "the realtor" this is the person I want to always help myself and My family in the future. If you are buying a home the only realtor you need is John Cable and Natalie!

Rose at Team Forss Realty Group was amazing to work with. We were moving from out of town so finding a realtor was very intimidating, especially in Southern California, where there are so many! Daniel was patient, understanding and professional. He and Matt assisted us in selling and buying our home. This was my 1st time buying a home, I didn't know what to expect. You hear horror stories from the seller to the buyer about realtors so you go in with superstition of the person you want to have your back on one of the biggest decisions in your life. John Cable smashed those worries with his humble confidence in getting your home for you and the price that's worth it. Allowing me to text questions, concerns and some times humor made this process easy and fun. John heard what area and needs I wanted, He didn't push his agenda nor make me feel like I didn't know what I was doing (even though I didn't). I felt like he was the big brother and he wasn't gonna see me in some dump no matter my budget and he'd beat up any bullies. I would recommend John to my friends and family. He's also more then welcome to drop by have a glass of wine and enjoy my new view anytime.

Sarah Hill was an absolute pleasure to work with. We went through a purchasing program (Home Partners of America), which was new to Team Forss. However, Sarah jumped right into things and took the extra time to understand the details of the program. She ensured that we were well informed about the overall buying process. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating and was able to show us homes right away. After choosing the home we wanted, Sarah was very quick to get the ball rolling on an offer. Homes in the area we were looking were going like hot cakes! During the rest of the process, Sarah was very professional and helpful in keeping us informed of the next steps. We would definitely recommend Sarah Hill to friends, family, and anyone reading this review! We will for sure be using her again in the future for our real estate needs!

100 STARS! WOW! BRILLIANT TEAMWORK! We just closed escrow today and I can't speak highly enough of Team Forss, Goran and Lisa and the team are FIRST CLASS! I'm in the mortgage business so I talk to and do business with a lot of real estate agents, but I wanted to see what it was like working with a TOP RANKED agent team with the sale of our home in Murrieta. Not all agents are created equal. OMG!!! DID THEY DELIVER RESULTS! Their marketing of our home knocked my socks off! I have a marketing background, so EVEN I WAS IMPRESSED at how many impressions our home received on Zillow the first day... OVER 400 VIEWS! We were ranked #1 in our area the first day, and compared to other homes that were listed for sale on Zillow, they didn't stand a chance! We had 300% more views in 1 day then they had being listed for MONTHS on Zillow! Now if that wasn't impressive enough, we received 2 offers the very 1st day of going live! 1 was OVER ASKING PRICE!!! We went into contract that weekend and closed escrow in 20 days! I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE I'm writing this great review so fast! No issues, great communication, no surprises and THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND MORE! We are so excited that we used them, and you will be too. John Cable is simply the best. I am a first time home owner and he made the whole process a breeze. He is VERY knowledgeable, professional and most importantly a man of his word. He is not going to B.S. you, if there's something he isn't aware of, he's going to tell you and jump through hoops to find the information and will get back to you easily within 24 hours( most of the time the same day or within the hour). I'm active duty(Navy) and he really love helping veterans because he is one of us. I would HIGHLY recommend John Cable to anyone!!!
