While searching a house for my coming retirement in Southern California on internet, I spotted Rose Greven, a Buyer Specialist from Team Forss Realty Group in Temecula, CA. Rose Greven on Team Forss is one hard worker. I see her stop in her tracks to find the buyers the best deals, and get the offers accepted. She makes sure the clients feel like they are getting the best deal on the Market. She follows up often giving advice on the Best Lender, Best inspector, Keeping us on track for all time frames. Michelle Haywood with Team Forss is AWESOME! When I was trying to buy a home there was very limited inventory in the area I wanted to live. It was very important to be near Great Oak High School for my children. Add on to that my husband was leaving the country for business and I needed to find a home fast. By far, the best knowledgeable Real Estate Professional I have had the pleasure working with. Our family was referred to Anne Virjee by a close friend. We truly had a good experience working with Anne. We were first time home buyers with no clue of how things work. Anne walked us through everything. This was my 1st time buying a home, I didn't know what to expect. Sarah Hill was an absolute pleasure to work with. We went through a purchasing program (Home Partners of America), which was new to Team Forss. However, Sarah jumped right into things and took the extra time to understand the details of the program. She ensured that we were well informed about the overall buying process.
