Above my expectations!

My wife and I were very fortunate to find John Cable of Team Forss. He took us on very short notice and was able to help us on a Sunday morning find the eventual home that we now call home. Very patient throughout the process and was able to explain each and every step giving us comfort through the time of buying our very first home. We have been extremely appreciative and thankful that on that Sunday morning he was the one that was available to take care of our needs. We have recommended him already to our family and one of our closest friends. We will forever be thankful and will always use John Cable of Team Forss.

Could not have been and more pleasant experience

I had the pleasure of working with John Cable of Team Forss Realty. Being in the military, a first time home buyer and soon to be new father I was nervous about the whole process of home buying. John made my experience very enjoyable, and someone who also is a veteran of the military totally understood my families needs and was able to work around my schedule and found me my perfect home! I have recommended John to all of my friends and family.

My family and I were ready to buy our first home, and in need of a real estate agent. We found Team Forss through Yelp and decided to give them a try, because of the great reviews. We chatted with them online and soon after we were contacted by Sarah Hill. Sarah was amazing from the very first time we spoke to the day we got our keys. There was a house we fell in love with and made an offer right away, knowing other offers were also being made. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we got the home and we were thrilled when our offer was accepted!!! We felt as if Sarah was holding our hands and guiding us through the entire process, and she answered all of our questions swiftly. We were constantly being updated and informed through texts, emails, and phone calls. She was also in great communication with our lender making the process very smooth. Sarah is everything you could ever ask for in an agent. She is friendly, relatable, professional, punctual, enthusiastic, reassuring, knowledgeable, and more. As a side note- her husband Jason is also a contractor and we were given some insight about things related to the house and were offered his services. There wasn't a single property we visited with Forss Realty's John Cable that John did not have some interesting tidbit of history and insight about the area. He knows the homes and the neighborhoods he sells. He's also very savvy about property details and is a one man encyclopedia of all processes involved in buying and selling homes. John is always there to answer our phone calls and/or texts. I'm not sure the man ever sleeps. He's clearly a forceful negotiator and really knows how to work with the listing agents on properties we were interested in.

They listed the home and within 2-3 days we had multiple offers (even though the home was priced at the top of the market for the neighborhood). We accepted a cash offer above the list price. Super experienced team and they know how to negotiate. Excellent communication and smooth transaction. Will use them again, and again!

We did a search online to find the best agent to sell our home in Meadowview, Temecula. Lisa and Goran Forss popped up as one of the best with great reviews and a very impressive track record. However, what really sold us on them is that they claimed that they would get us 'top dollar' for our property. Within a week we had a full-price offer and it was the price we wanted. The buyers requested a three-week escrow, so it was just one month from the day we put our house up for sale until we were out. What more could we have gotten from a real estate agent? Action speaks louder than words and they delivered! We highly recommend Lisa and Goran.
