+ -1 moreThey were not very good. I made an appointment with them. They didn't show up, so I called them and they said they forgot to write the appointment down; but they did come out that evening. It was just that we were in the middle of the moving. It was kind of inconvenient.

+ -1 moreThey had to come back and redo it. It did not turn out too bad I guess overall. They were pretty cooperative. The people who worked were okay. Price wise it was good and they were responsive.

+ -1 moreCalled them because they were an Angie's List Big Deal. They came out within a few days. They called when they were on their way. When they arrived they quickly cleaned the carpet and they did a great job.
