+ -1 moreNow its been a year since I started this review and just noticed that I never completed this. Needless to say I didn't use them. Instead an experienced former home builder cleaned it out for me and set traps. Never caught a rat. I did continue to hear noises but not of rats but possible another type of wildlife as there is much where I live. Recently I had a kitchen remodel and had the ceiling soffit removed. There was evidence of critter poop. They felt confident that it was not a rat as they were familiar with it and have come across it their experiences. They suggested it might be squirrel poop because of the size. Haven't heard any noises in the attic since the remodel but if I do I'll call a wildlife exterminator.
Description of Work: Estimate for critter sounds in attic. They had done rat exclusion on vents and/or openings the prior year. Another Scott came out, looked in the attic and said their's a lot of active rat activity and there was fresh poop all over. Suggested vacuuming, sanitizing, changing insulation a service which would cost thousands, Proceeded on scare tactics hanta virus, diseases, that rats need to chew, their teeth grow 12", they could gnaw thru drywall etc because it is thin. My gut feeling was that I didn't trust him. Called the owner to say how I felt. They offtered to send someone else. I declined.

+ -1 moreSOUTH COUNTY TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS TIMELY AND COURTEOUS. THEY ALWAYS GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO AVOID SPRAYING IN AREAS WHERE WE KEEP PETS. THEY ARE ALSO WILLING TO COME BACK AND RESPRAY IF NECESSARY.
