Very responsive, professional, good cleanup of the job site and good customer communication.

I can't speak to the quality of their work because on both dates they did not show to perform job they were contracted to do. I took off 2 separate days from work and both days no show. I even received an e-mail stating the date work was to start. I called office and paid their mobilization fee of 25% on the job and no one showed. My job was not a big job and and as such I was not a priority. I received no phone calls to discuss delay. I feel they want me to cancel the job as it is not worth their time The main problem was I could not open my front door. The problem was with the "crew" they sent to do the work. I had to call to find out what was going on.. Rescheduled the start date. 3 guys came out and rooted around under my house. They were unsupervised as the foreman for my job never showed until the end of the project.They cut holes in my porch for "stabilization". At the end of the project I still cannot open my front door. When I complained Saber sent a supervisor to check out the project. In the end he wanted to charge me an additional 3500.00 for work they were supposed to do initially. I DO NOT recommend Saber for pier raised houses.

Brett came out and saw the property. He talked to my tenant and told him what to look out for in the future, but there was no immediate danger and no repair needed. What? And honest person? How refreshing! I highly recommend them!

They gave us a price, then doubled it 3days before the job. Then wouldn't give us our deposit back when we couldn't agree to the additional work.

Nate checked in with us at all levels of the project to ensure his work was progressing to our satisfaction. His communication and customer service was the best I've seen in contractors.

Crew showed up on time, explained some issues that came up very clearly in layman's terms, did a good job , timely and left no trace. I am pleased with the results.

The company was very responsive, easy to deal with, informative and professional. They did a very thorough, detailed analysis a t no cost and provided a very good quote. The repair went smoothly and they did everything they said they would do. One minor inconvenience was that the carpet was no put back in place the way it was before they started, it was laid down on the floor and but not stretched out and tacked down. This was not clearly pointed out before the work was done.

Franz was a true pro! He really helped to sort out a complex problem and ease our concerns. He gave us great advice and helped us find a perfect solution. Hire this guy!

They were on time, informative, and very thorough in the inspection. The report was delivered in a timely manner and in an easy to read format. I would definitely use them again.
