There was dampness in the drywall downstairs due to shower/tub upstairs that was leaking. Had piping replaced with copper piping and a new shower kit installed. The plumber, Chris, did an excellent job and was very thorough. I recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

I had a drippy showerhead that was becoming a small streaming showerhead. I was concerned that this was going to be a big/costly fix. I called on Friday and scheduled for Monday afternoon (my convenience). He stated between 2-4pm and arrived at 3pm. He is always friendly, smiling and calm. I showed him my shower and he said 'well, hopefully, it is an easy fix.' My phone rang so I left him to do his job. By the time my phone call was concluded, he had fixed it!. It was a matter of 2 screws coming loose over time. He explained how it was set up. If it had been worse, what he would have to do and if I should remodel in the future, he made fixture suggestions. He wrote both scenarios on the invoice with approx cost. While he was here, he also replaced a disintegrated flapper on another toilet that I mentioned was running. I've used Roger Miller Plumbing for 10+years. They are happy to show you what they will do and how it will be done. I've known some of their staff since they were apprentices. *Always* friendly, clean, pleasant and reasonable. I actually look forward to seeing them.

We have used this company about four times over the past few years and they are excellent. They show up on time and complete excellent work. I highly recommend them others.

I have used him for 3-4 years. He does excellent work, and all of his people do very excellent work. I have worked with him himself and he has always been very professional. He explains what is going on and what he is doing and how, and I can ask him questions about different things. Every one of the guys that he sends out has been very knowledgeable and very nice. I think his prices are comparable. It is an enjoyable experience if you can relate that to a plumber. I am pretty happy with the guy.
