John was very professional. He responded quickly to my request for a bid and didn't bother me while I was getting other bids and comparing contractors. When he got into the sprinkler manifold he found other issues, that I happily had him repair. He was there when he said he would be and followed up on the work a few days after he completed the work.

He was excellent, he was able to diagnose a problem that we didn't expect, and his prices were much more reasonable than I ever thought I would've gotten.

The project went really well. John is very detail oriented and instead of just fixing the surface issue, he took the time to find what the real problems were and made the appropriate corrections.

John of Profusion Group was prompt, professional, analyzed problem, explained what needed to be done? Had to get a new part, not carried by Home Dept or Lowes, found at specialty store. Gave estimate, did the repair and actually did a few little things for which he did not charge. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Went out and visited my place to fully assess the situation to come up with a more accurate quote. Aside from assessing the issue I asked about, he also gave his recommendations on other flaws with our garden sprinkler system on what can be improved on.

It was a wonderful experience overall.

He helped me putting in my barbeque island. It was quality work from the lighting to the gas line. He also did the plumbing for the sink and installed an instant hot feature.
