+ -1 moreTerrible! Jim never showed back up for the appointment in the afternoon. I had already paid him the $155.00 for the job. I have tried calling him multiple times, and have left several messages, yet I still have not received a single call back.
Description of Work: Pool Tech was recommended to us by our neighbor. He came buy and told us what it would take to fix the pool. He stated he would be back later in the afternoon to fix it.

+ -1 moreThe job looks great, I will post if it doesn't hold up. But so far looks great and Jim was very friendly and nice. He was a pleasure to do business with. :-)
Description of Work: Jim was great. He called when he said he would and he came over right away with the part and did the repair. We had him cover the holes on our spa heater so prevent the mice from getting in. The mice have chewed our wires 3 times already breaking our spa so we decided we want to put screens up to keep them out.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was good. It was fine. They were a company provided by my warranty. They seemed fine and they did what they were supposed to do. I think everything was fine. I think it would have stuck out if they were bad. I'm sure the quality of work was fine and it's still working.
Description of Work: I used Pool Tech for doing some repairs on my pool. They replaced my tank thing.
