+ 0 moreWe've been very pleased with the thoroughness of the annual termite inspections and this 1-time ant treatment. The only negative is that Palomar doesn't do or contract-out for drywall or wood work, so the customer has to find another resource for that--would be more convenient to have it done by one company, especially since we trust Palomar. Our annual termite plan is soon up for renewal and we'll certainly re-up for about the 6th year. Good company, good people.
Description of Work: Ants, ants, ants--yuck. We've had the annual termite inspection/guarantee (that's the fee noted above), and we've had various spot treatments done by Palomar. However, since the ants were getting worse, the inspector (Marty) said they could be related to termite activity (there had been some wood damage in the attic). We had a section of drywall opened, and Marty came twice to inspect and spot-treat what appeared to be old termite tubes.

Description of Work: We have a contract with the company for a yearly inspection. They are prompt in contacting us when inspection is due, a date is set and service is done on time. We called them twice this year as we saw evidence of some termite damage resulting in prompt action and treatment.

+ -1 moreMarty was punctual, informative and answered all my questions with patients. His quote was reasonable compared to the other quotes I obtained. Prior to the tenting, he explained everything in just the right amount of detail. Again, he answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, leaving me peace of mind that I chose the correct company to do the job. Everything went exactly as he had explained - no surprises. He was extremely helpful and was not the least bit pushy, as other companies had been. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their house tented and fumigated for termites.
