Description of Work: removed an antiquated solar system and capped off the plumbing in preparation for new roof installation. Also grouted our tub surround.

+ 20 moreWe have used Nevin Handyman Services for many projects because the quality of the work and the friendly professionalism of Joey Nevin can't be matched. For our most recent project we called him to paint the exterior of our house. He came over the next day to review our needs and submitted a free estimate via email to us within 2 business days. The price was less then we expected and he was able to start the project the following week. He completed the work on time and within budget. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our house looks 10 years younger :)
Description of Work: Nevin Handyman Services has helped us over the past 5 years with all our home improvement projects. Joey Nevin, is a true professional, licensed and insured, we will use him for all our home improvement needs in the future. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. Projects that we have had completed by a Nevin Handyman Services so far include, design and installation of a new fake grass front lawn, installation of pavers all around the house, interior and exterior painting of our entire house, baseboards, remodeled bedrooms, new tile in the bathroom. A completely remodeled garage that included sink, counter, tile and drywall. Drip irrigation installation and sprinkler repair. Electrical repair and electrical additions. Fence and gate installation. Yard maintenance.
