+ -1 moreThis morning I let my small dog out into her run at the side of the house, & as I did so I noticed a dead rat next to the fence. I felt immediate revulsion, & couldn't bring myself to get near it. So I grabbed the phone & called Local Bug Guy right away. I left a message & a few minutes later my call was returned. A service technician came out & took care of the problem within the hour. I'm so glad that I can depend on Brent whenever I need him. He truly cares for his clients.
Description of Work: Removed a dead rat & provided poison control.

Description of Work: Initial pest control sprayed inside and outside for ants and spiders. Follow on visits: spray outside for same pests. Have not had an issue since service started last September. Everything has been great. My assigned service person contacts me to let us know when he plans on coming by and allows me to reschedule if that time is not convenient.

+ -1 moreAfter contracting with the organization, we scheduled the first treatment. Wayne, our technician, came out and visited with us about our concerns he began his work. He sprayed the areas outside, under the patio furniture, and removed the cobwebs. We appreciated that Wayne was prompt and friendly yet professional. He gave us his card with his direct contact number on it to call him with any concerns we might of had then and anytime there after no else has to get involved. In fact we really like that the company assigns technicians according to area. This means that Wayne is our guy. We don't need to bring anyone else up to speed about our situation--Wayne knows and accomplishes the task at hand. We would recommend The Local Bug Guy to anyone.
Description of Work: A couple of months ago we contacted the company, we had ants and were no longer able to control them. After our initial conversation, we decided to give it a go and contracted with them for a year. We are setup for spraying each quarter. So far we have had 2 treatments.

+ -1 moreI have used him for a year and am on a yearly contract with them for treatments every three months. He is really knowledgeable about the bugs I am seeing. If you have to call him he makes arrangements if it is not your time to come in during your time when you are available.

+ -1 moreBrent is friendly and outgoing. He seems to enjoy his work and is proficient at it. The results are exactly as we had hoped. This is a small, family run business which I would definitely recommend. Also, I have gained new respect for my little dog...she is a valued contributing member of our household and her opinions count!
Description of Work: My dog was the one who let my husband and me know that something was amiss in our attic. Since I suspected mice I called Local Bug Guy in Temecula and was scheduled immediately for a free inspection. Brent was punctual. He spent quite a long time inspecting the attic, interior and exterior of our home for evidence of rodents. Because he also services for spiders and other unwanted bugs he included that as part of his inspection. Brent told us that we had a rat infestation and also showed us a rather large black widow spider he had collected outside. We discussed his methods for controlling the rodents and other pests. He quoted a contract price of $100 for the initial service and also the bimonthly maintenance fee of $80 per visit, with a provision that we may call him out any time between visits if we discover the need for additional service. His treatment methods made sense and we considered his price to be fair, so we contracted with him for service. Brent returned the following day and set out traps, both inside and outside. He returned after 2 weeks to service again and carted away 4 dead rats and even a mouse carcass. He plans to do this again after another 2 week period and then progress to the bimonthly service schedule.

+ -1 moreThe came out very fast, and are very punctual. I like that the owner is the one who comes out and sprays. He is very knowledgeable about the bugs, and does a great job. It is a local company, so it is very convenient.
Description of Work: I have a monthly contract with them. He comes out every month for routine spraying for bugs and insects. They also do a thorough inspection every time.
