+ -1 moreHe's a retired marine and he's just very reliable. He's also very honest with what he can and cannot do. He's certified with Microsoft, etc. You can call him anytime with a question and he's happy to reply with recommendations and suggestions so he doesn't have to make a service trip. When I got my new computer he took my old computer and took everything off of it and put it into my new one.
Description of Work: Last time out he came because my computer crashed or so I thought. Microsoft just did an automatic update and what he did was reset the computer to before it did the update and didn't charge me anything.
