The process was very good. I had contacted him via his website with the dimensions. He did an estimate right away which was in line with everyone else. Right away I had a very nice formal quote. If I had any questions or concerns I could ask him. He was responsive right away. I had a list of questions and answered them all that day along with an other quote that more detailed. When he came out to measure he was extremely nice and put me at ease.
