The project may not be feasible with the type of construction of my cabinets but the provider still took the time to explain everything. I plan to take the doors to them for their advice, including whether they could replace the doors if they are destroyed in the attempt to modify them.
Description of Work: Very helpful in discussing a small project of inserting glass into cabinet doors.

The owner Wes is a class act guy. His assistant, Angie, is equally knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Throughout the entire process they were patient and accommodating despite changing our minds on numerous occasions. I even ruined part of the job by taping off the cabinets for painting before the stain cured...I pulled some of the stain off with the tape in the master bath, the kitchen, and the linen closet...despite all this Wes sent his guys out to fix it at no charge when it should have cost me at least an extra $100. That was the other thing I noticed, his laborers were equally respectful, professional, clean, and meticulous. Wes put together an awesome team. The entire job took about two weeks. We finalized our selection along with our deposit and his guys showed up the next business day to remove all the doors, drawers, and stair rail. The next day his team applied the mahogany and cherry stain. Day three they applied the antique paint scheme to the two bathrooms. When we'd visit his showroom to make our deposit payments he would take me in the back and show me the progress. Part of the job entailed replacing our corbels on the bar so they match the corbels on our fire place. It was nice to be involved in the entire design process which we actually modified after looking at them, again he made us feel validated with our decision and was 100% supportive. It was nice to go and quot;behind the scenesand quot; and watch the work being done. The following week all of our cabinet doors, drawers, and the stair rail were installed. Wes did a final walk through and volunteered to me that his guys installed the stair rail too low according to code and that he would have to send them back out to move it up. Again, it was impressive to be working with the owner of a company who pointed out his own company's errors and was eager to fixe them. The cabinets look great, nothing but compliments from friends and family. Two friends are working with him now to work on their homes. I'll be hiring Wes after the holidays to build my home entertainment center. He does it all and will ensure your satisfaction. If you have a large project it may be beneficial to know he works with other contractors at this location to include counter tops, flooring, faux/mural painting, and epoxy flooring. I used his flooring partner as well, he did a great job and saved me about $2500 on the exact same products/brands quoted by two other companies.
Description of Work: I had all the cabinets in my home stained/painted to include the kitchen, guest bath, upstairs bath, master bath, upstairs linen closet, master linen closet and stair rail. We visited his showroom to look at sample stains and paints. Before finalizing our decision he took one of our cabinet doors and showed sample stains of our top choices. We selected new hardware for our kitchen and he drilled holes and installed the existing kitchen knobs on the other cabinets throughout the house with no additional charge for the labor (we asked for this after he started the job). The job also included swapping all our visible hinges for hidden hinges. Included in the kitchen stain was upgraded baseboard, decorative molding, and corbels on our island. Plus, they added a decorative lower trim (light rail) to all suspended cabinets throughout the house. We chose to stain our kitchen, upstairs linen closet, and stair rail dark mahogany, our guest bathroom and upstairs bath an off white paint with antique accents, and our master bath and master linen closet dark cherry. The variation in color was also decided after we finalized our contract agreement, we initially were going with mahogany throughout the house. When we told him about our decision (it was before they started) he acted as excited as we did about our decision. He's located next to Hank's Hardware, hours are M-F 9-5, Weekends 9-2.
