+ -1 moreMartin helped me with 2 houses that have a side yard each that are a problem with being dark, with being over-watered, with sprinkler and drainage problems. On 1 side yard of each house he cleaned the drainage pipe clog, capped off some sprinklers, brought in a ton of red mulch (not a real ton) and put mulch over both side yards several inches thick. He put in the dividers to separate the grass from the mulch. Oh, he also used my existing paving stones (16 x 16 inch and 12 x 12 inch) to make a walkway to side garage door and a platform to put the 3 trash barrels on. We had talked a little about how to improve the side yards and I asked him to do what he thought was nice. He really exceeded my expectations. I will be calling him to remove a big tree this week.

Description of Work: Trimmed a bunch of tree branches on side yard and loaded them into his truck carrier for the dump in Perris I don't know if the company should be listed in San Diego or Los Angeles as Temecula, CA is not listed.

Description of Work: I use them for weekly maintenance for two rental homes in Temecula. I have being using them for about eight years. They do a great job. When sprinklers break, leaks pop up, tenants complain, I call them up and they get out to the house quickly and repair it. They also will plant and re-plant, cut, remove, or trim trees. Work on sprinkler systems, etc.
