Granted this was quite a small job, but deserves a review for these few reasons. 1. Dale always answers his phone - I think this says enough for many folks looking for any contractor 2. He and his team were punctual and efficient not to mention extremely concerned with maintaining as clean a working environment as possible. 3. His willingness to squeeze me in to meet my deadline did not alter his original estimate/quote. 4. I noticed he was very pro-active about his appt. schedule by making calls to inform of his revised ETA (s) well ahead of time - a testament to his customer service skills. Lastly, Dale is a very amiable individual and does not pressure you to make a decision one way or the other, but simply provides/discusses your options (as he sees them) for you to come to your own conclusions.

I'm still working with him. He is actually a referral to us. We just wrapped-up the work this week and he's coming down just to check-up on a few things and help me out on a couple of extra stuff. He's very easy, prices everything individually and he allowed me to choose what aspects I could afford and what I could do in steps. We have stages and we went with like one stage first and the second, third stage. He priced it out in different stages. He's very professional and very helpful, gives a lot of information and I could call at anytime of the day or night. He was willing to answer all my questions and he was very patient with me. His work is excellent. I love it, the concrete, drainage, everything works, the fire pit was wonderful. I interviewed a lot of contractors and he was not the cheapest out there but I learn through experience that cheap is not always better. He actually came in and correct someone else's cheap work.
