Horrible. The computer and printer sale went very smoothly, but the delivery of the printer turned into a disaster. It took a long time to get someone on the phone, I was transferred and put on hold repeatedly, I spoke only with people who barely knew English and just had the phrases they were taught to say and could not process my request. There was a time lag in the conversation because they were in another country. I asked one gentlemen to let me speak to a supervisor at least 8 times and was given the same excuse over and over, but never transferred to a supervisor, or anyone else to help me. The printer cost $80 or more, which isn't that much, but I still don't have the printer or any refund; I have no idea where the printer is or where my money is. I'd be happy to tell you where Dell can go.
Description of Work: Bought a computer and printer. I received the computer, but Dell sent the printer to me via UPS overnight. UPS wanted my signature but I am never home during the day to sign. In the past, UPS had always left packages behind our gate/fence. I asked UPS to leave the printer without signature, accept my signature and then deliver the next day or deliver to my work but UPS said they could not do that without authorization from Dell. I tried to get authorization from Dell.

I TRIED TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED OVER THE PHONE, BUT IT TOOK WAY TOO LONG. FINALLY, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT. THEY GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY GAVE ME A GUARANTEE FOR A YEAR. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE. THEY MADE SURE THAT I COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD HOW IT WORKED.
