Work was performed promptly and professionally. During the maintenance a circuit breaker for one of the HVAC units failed, DAD's troubleshot, procured, and repaired the failed component at a reasonable cost. I had some questions on possible upgrades for the HVAC system and Dustin provided advice that were based on overall costs and return on investment. it was refreshing to have a provider that was focussed on providing advice that was based on customer value not provider profit. I would use Dad's again.

I would highly recommend DADS Heating and A/C. I have had them out in the Fall for my heating and in the Summer for my A/C. They were professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and very nice both times. An honest, family-oriented company! They spent time explaining what was wrong and what was needed to fix it so I could understand it. I requested them through a one year insurance plan I was given when I purchased my home. The first company they sent out for my old heater was worthless and didn't do the job right. When the Ins Co wanted to charge me again to have the same guy come out I refused and asked for DADS. After that I requested them for my A/C when needed, too. I will ONLY call them from now on.
