Cutting Edge Lawn Center

I took my two string trimmers in to have Cutting Edge diagnose why they wouldn't start on May 24th, 2014. We did not hear back from them until I called after two weeks and I was told the machinic was still working on other machines because they were very busy. I waited for a week and called again and was told that the carburetors on both trimmers were clogged and had to be replaced and it would cost about $60 each. I told them to go ahead and get the carburetors and replace them. I waited for another week I called and was told that the Temecula store didn't have the carburetors and the trimmers had been sent to Vista. When I called again the next week I spoke with the manager and she had no idea what I was talking about and got angry with me when I expressed my frustration. She told me she would take care of everything and that I would have my trimmers back that week. I didn't get them that week or the next. Finally, I just got tired of waiting and picked the trimmers up without being repaired. In the mean time, they really had sent the trimmers to Vista and when I called that store I was told that they had the carburetors in stock and it would cost $120 per trimmer. I declined. I found the carburetors online for a total cost of $55 for both.
