Create A Scape

The concrete slab which was for decorative purposes came out excellent and would highly recommend them for this purpose. However they are not landscapers. The drip systems were poorly installed along with the sprinkler system and we've had to change every one of them out. Also, they were in such a hurry to finish the job that they sped out like a hurricane leaving many things not quite finished and had reported that they would return the next day which they did not. The crew other then one person was awful. They didn't return and subsequent calls were made to rectify some of the problems with the landscaping. They did make one return which did not completely rectify same. They were unresponsive and it took some time to get ahold of the owner. My husband has tried to fix the water system himself. I haven't a clue if the job was overpriced as I only contacted this particular contractor but would guess it was . Excellent concrete work but with the hurried nature of their work, unfinished work, messed up landscape water system and lack of return calls I can't give them any better then a C in most instances. The B was for the quality of the concrete work. They know nothing about plants, etc. How to place them or otherwise and leave that up to you. The plants that were purchased was a hurried job also. I had no time to think and ended up with quite a mess. The crew placed them wherever they wanted basically and I have dug up so many and moved them it's ridiculous. I also was not left with the receipt for same so could not return the plants to Lowes. The owner should have made a foliow up visit to rectify all matters. I was too embarrassed to keep asking the workers to dig and move plants where I wanted them after they were installed. It appeared to me that they weren't too happy with me either.
