I was very disappointed in this company! They send a salesman out to promise you the moon and stars and anything else you request, sign a contract, you give a down payment, then 2 weeks later another guy shows up (about the time work is supposed to start) he tells you no way can they honor this contract because the salesman made to many mistakes, and the need more Money! I got three quotes for the job and this company was the highest bid! For the contract price they could have remodeled my kitchen laces with gold, but they needed more money!!! The 30% discount for new customers is b*******! The 10% discount for veterans is b*******!!! They are a ripoff!!! Do not call them!!! They claim to be BBB Accredited! We'll see, I have every intention of contacting BBB as well as the Mobile home magazine they advertise in and all of the parks in my area for a heads up! I know they will censor this post where the public won't see it! But John YOU WILL!!!

They arrived as promised to do the estimate. The estimator explained all the work and then scheduled it for the next week (5 days later). The work completed on time and as promised. They also do other repairs including windows and patio cover supports. I gave their name to the new owner. I would refer them to anyone. Great job!!

It went very well. Johnathan Smith, the owner, had been by my mobile the day before regarding a hot water heater. He saw I had no heat and took a look at my furnace, including going on the roof to check the status of the roof jack for the old furnace. There was a problem he identified and he lit the pilot and we discussed the cost of replacing the 41 year old furnace. He made calls to see if the product was available in case I needed to have an emergency replacement. This is New Years week. I called Jonathan at 11:10 pm to ask him to replace the furnace as it again stopped working and I was unable to relight it. He called me by 8 am to verify I still wanted the work done and he put his staff right on the job. He did the work along with his very able employee, Russ. They worked almost continuously from 8:30 to 6:30 pm. They did have to pick up a piece of metal to repair the roof but were back quickly. They were so professional and hard working I even left my home for several hours to keep an appointment and I felt very comfortable about doing so. I am 77 years old and had no heat for most of 3 days and it is cold and rainy now. I was so impressed with their work and they removed the old furnace and cleaned up after the job was over. There was no playing around and their mind was on the job. I also was impressed with how they worked together. There was no phone chatting and any call that came in was handled efficiently. Jonathan showed me how to ooerate the furnace, replace filters and register the product.
