+ -1 moreTHE VENDOR COMMUNICATED EFFECTIVELY THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT ON STATUS, CONCERNS, ETC. THE VENDOR PROVIDED A BID SHORTLY AFTER OUR WALK-THRU. THE VENDOR GAVE AN ACCURATE APPROXIMATION FOR TIME-TO-COMPLETE. THE OVERALL QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: REPAIRED/REPLACED UTILITY CABINETS THROUGHOUT 44 UNIT CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX. THE WORK, THOUGH EXTENSIVE, WAS PERFORMED IN A QUICK AND EFFICIENT MANNER AND TO MY QUALITY STANDARDS.
