They notify upon arrival and sends report on services performed with pictures attached when completed. Whenever we have major repair, they address it quickly and efficiently. GREAT COMPANY!

Aqua pools Is excellent with customer service. i would give 10stars if i could! they always text just before arriving and let us know there in route as well as we always get a picture emailed of the finished scrub down immediately after leaving so if we're not home we know the work has been completed. I would recommend them for sure. Love this company.

THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE. ALWAYS RESPOND TO INQUIRIES. REPLACED MY POOL LIGHTS. THE PRICE WAS FAIR, THE WORK WENT QUICKLY, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE. AFTER SERVICING MY POOL THEY SEND A PICTURE TO MY CELLPHONE. THIS IS THE FIRST SUMMER WHERE MY POOL DIDN'T TURN GREEN FROM LACK OF CHLORINE. GOOD JOB GUYS.

Aqua Pools is by far the BEST pool company Iâ ve ever used, and sadly, Iâ ve used a handful of them. Blake, the owner, is super professional and quick to respond with any issues. Cole is who actually cleans our pool and heâ s fabulous. At the conclusion of the service I receive an email with a picture of my pool and a list of what has been done. Iâ m extremely impressed.
